CRHS Cougar Band 2022 Spring Trip Orlando, FL to Disney and Universal Studios

Mr. Jones, Head Band Director, has been working with our CRHS Cougar Band Tour Company to get all of the appropriate pricing in place for our BIG Spring Trip! Due to current travel situations, overall travel discounts are coming our way! Included is a rough itinerary (expect changes) and payment schedules. Please note, minor changes will occur, but they will all be Magical & Universal! Spring 2022 our CRHS students will have the opportunity to attend workshops especially designed for High School Band and Encore, to learn things like, how to get the most out of rehearsals, execute a professional performance, and have the opportunity to be under the guidance of a experienced Disney Teaching Artists!

Students will examine how to use their skills & attitudes, along with appropriate priorities essential to creating Music & Dance, culminating in a very special finale: recording of a performance! Students will have the opportunity to work toward musical and technical proficiency in a recording studio environment as they hopefully:

o Learn arrangements of various Disney music/choreography.o Incorporate accuracy and expressiveness to maximize rehearsal productivity.o Discuss the requirements of a professional working environment and what is

expected of professional performers.o Experience the excitement of the world of a Disney Artist.
