According to the Oklahoma Blood Institute representative, Lindsay Hix, it was a HUGE SUCCESS! We had 29 donors sing in, and 25 units collected (the most ever at Mustang UMC). Did you know that each unit of whole blood collected can save the lives of up to 3 patients? So with our church blood drive yesterday, 75 patients’ lives will be saved or sustained and Molly will be able to receive whatever blood is needed to enable her to have chemotherapy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Men’s Spring Retreat at Lake Texoma

May 14th-May 18th

Come when you can during theses dates. There are

plenty of sleeping arrangements at the 3 cabins of Bob

Whittall, Jerry Morgan & Larry Rourke.

Bring sleeping bags (or sheets), clothing, golf and fishing gear, rain gear & incidentals. We will eat out for ALL meals,

so no cooking. Bring any snacks & drinks you may want. Fishing will be anytime you are ready.

Bring your garden gloves, rakes, trowels, leaf blowers, vacs, trimmers, loppers, shears, & whatever else you

have! Come help us clean up around the church & plant and mulch flower beds and more. If your group/class adopted a flower

bed last year will you consider

maintaining it again this year?
