Innovations and Dissemination

UKOLN’s expertise in metadata inform our approaches to metadata management and resource discovery in Cultivate Interactive We also use Cultivate Interactive in our dissemination (e.g. workshops and conference presentations) e.g. see <http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/web-focus/events/conferences/ili-2001/workshop/>

Our Challenges

Challenges we face:• Writing Quality:

We have very limited resources for proofreading. In order to maintain Cultivate Interactive’s high-standing we reserve the rights to ‘spike’ articles. You can help by ensuring articles are checked before submission (by native English speaker if possible)

• Appropriate Articles: We do not want to publish press releases.

• Timing: Please submit articles on (or preferably before!) the submission deadline.
