Keterangan : Barangan adalah kenderaan empat tayar 2 wheel drive dalam bentuk completely-built-up (CBU)(terpakai) dengan nombor pendaftaran KCG 9977. Kenderaan ini adalah sejenis kenderaan CBU (terpakai) yang mempunyai tujuh tempat duduk dan terbahagi seperti berikut :

i. Laporan kimia melalui (PJ)IKA 406/07-0 bertarikh 30.04.2007 mengesahkan bahawa dagangan

berupa cecair likat berwarna merah didapati terdiri dari red pigment. Kandungan abu sebanyak 7.9 %. ii. Fakta dari risalah dikemukakan bahawa ia adalah solvent free pigment iaitu ia terdiri dari pigment (red

The heading includes the jelly, whether crude (sometimes called petrolatum), decolourised or refined. It also covers petroleum jelly obtained by synthesis.

To fall in this heading petroleum jelly must have a congealing point, as determined by the

rotating thermometer method (ASTM D 938), of not less than 30 °C, a density at 70 °C of less than 0.942 g/cm³, a Worked Cone Penetration at 25 °C, as determined by the method ASTM D 217(*), of less than 350, a Cone Penetration at 25 °C, as determined by the ASTM D 937 method, of not less than 80.

This heading does not, however, include petroleum jelly, suitable for use for the care of

the skin, put up in packings of a kind sold by retail for such use (heading 33.04).

Ketetapan:

Mesyuarat Panel Penetapan Penjenisan Bil. 176/2010 memutuskan barangan ini sesuai diperjeniskan mengikut GIR 1 di bawah kod tarif 8537.10 900 di bawah Perintah Duti Kastam 1996 sebagai programmable controller berdasarkan alasan seperti berikut :-

(a) Barangan beroperasi secara elektrik dan menggunakan kuasa 22 VDC iaitu kurang

daripada 1000 volt.

(b) Barangan mempunyai microprocessor yang boleh preprogram untuk melakukan fungsi-fungsi seperti di para 2.3. Walaupun microprocessor berfungsi sebagai ADP tetapi oleh kerana ia mempunyai fungsi spesifik, ia dikecualikan daripada heading 84.71 mengikut Note 5(E) kepada Chapter 84 iaitu seperti berikut :

(c) Berdasarkan fakta di para 2.2, barangan merupakan aksesori kepada Liquid
