an honest-to-goodness design affair

Ringing in the New Year is a complicated affair. Much like any other holiday, it bears a series of traditions to uphold—black-eyed peas, kisses at midnight, resolutions. The list goes on, but the one difference between this and the rest of the named days is the troubling superstition that New Year’s traditions carry a bad luck curse if neglected.
