1: Executive 360° Feedback ReportYour Dale Carnegie journey starts with an Executive 360° Feedback Report. You will receive feedback from 10 people above you, around you and below you, which will help you understand how your leadership is perceived and the impact it has on others. Following the completion of the report, there will be a personal coaching session with Dale Carnegie to debrief the results.

2: High Impact CommunicationsCommunications and presentations from senior leaders in any organisation have many different purposes. Primarily, they are to inform in the form of briefings, meetings, one to one conversations or whole team conferences.

The secondary purpose should always be to impact people’s emotions and feelings. We want our audiences to feel inspired, engaged, empowered, energised and involved by the communications from the senior team.

Both need to work hand in hand for communications to be impactful – if the audience isn’t emotionally engaged then the content of the presentation won’t be remembered and recalled.

In this element of Dale Carnegie for Executives we will work with you to develop the art of emotional connection and high impact communication so that people don’t just hear what you say – they feel it!

Outcomes include: - Connecting emotionally with our audience - Creating the right impression - Selling our ideas with conviction - Communicating clearly and concisely - Being motivational and persuasive - Getting buy in to ideas - Calling people to action in a positive way - Showing passion and enthusiasm for the subject - Communicating with trust and credibility

The course is two consecutive days, working with an open group of other like minded people committed to developing the same things that you are.

3: Personal Coaching Review.Following the High Impact Communications element, Dale Carnegie will have a coaching review to establish how you are implementing this new level of communication into your everyday engagement with other stakeholders inside and outside your organisation.

4: The Dale Carnegie CourseThis element of Dale Carnegie for Executives is one of the most respected leadership programmes in the world. Over six million people have already benefited from the transformation it brings.

As a senior leader in your organisation, this will help you master the art of dealing with people. Over the 3 intensive days you will develop a practical tool kit that will enable you to develop stronger engagement, influence and empower people and coach and develop the talent in your team.

The course is delivered over three consecutive days and delivered by one of our highly experienced trainers. Delegates work together in a cohort of like minded people all working towards similar goals and outcomes.

5: Personal Coaching Review.

Once this is complete, a further coaching review with Dale Carnegie will evaluate the impact that the various elements have had on your role within your organisation. Putting the content of the courses into practice will deliver genuine transformation in day to day performance, and the coaching review will ensure that you are able to maximise the principles of Dale Carnegie.

Format: 5 days of group development and 3 sessions of personal executive coaching.
