2009 NAR President Charles McMillan, 2009 Housing Opportunity Committee Chair Len Feber, Dave Gatton of the Council on the New American City presented Houston Mayor Bill White and 2009 HAR Chair Vicki Fullerton with the Ambassador for Cities Plaque and a $5,000 check.
