¡�Parents call timings for HOSTEL between 03:30 to 05:30pm on 0888 666 7005 from Mon to Sat.¡�Parents call timings for SCHOOL between 11:00 to 12:00pm on 0888 666 7003 from Mon to Sat.

¡ CCA, Industrial visit and other activities will be conducted time to time as per the availability.

¡ The students should not keep money and valuable things that are made of gold or silver, watch, mobile,

camera, electronics etc. along with them.

¡ Parents are the first teacher of the child but we develop the foundation their child.

¡ Parents are requested not to supply snacks (except fruit, dry fruit, chocolates, biscuits and

groundnut), food, money, electronics and any valuable articles.

¡ Gurukul is a symbol of tradition and values, hence parents are strictly informed not to bring

Non Veg. (egg etc.) in the campus in any form.

¡ Parents are requested to give present contact No. and address correctly. Change should be

informed immediately at the office.

¡ Parents are requested to follow the rules and regulations of organization and co-operate with us.

¡ Parents are not allowed to enter in hostel building without permission from main office.

¡ Parents are allowed to visit their children ONLY on the date and time fixed as per Academic

Calendar, not on the working days.

¡ Parent’s card must be with the parents at the time of entry in the campus. Failing that entry

will not be permitted.

¡ Students will not be allowed to call parents for first 15 days; from the opening date of the school.

¡ Parents are strictly not allowed to visit their children except given date in the Academic Calendar.

¡ If your child has any physical problems then inform to hostel warden.

¡ You are welcome to write us valuable suggestions regarding overall development of

students, which will be replied if necessary.

¡ Parents are requested to make sure that the child performs pooja, prayer at home too.

Procedure for Gate Pass (Leave)

¡ Gate pass will be issued only on marriage of OWN brother's and sister's marriage. In case of

serious health problem Gate pass will be issued from Hostel office.

¡ Parents must inform to the Hostel office for gate pass before one week through mail and receive

conformation via mail or message.

¡ Parent must bring proof of Doctors appointment/Invitation card and conformation letter.

¡ Report in time after leave. Backlog H.W, C.W should be completed in time.

¡ NO gate pass will be provided without prior intimation in school days as well as parent visit time.

¡ Parents must report their ward in time & backlog H.W., Classwork should be completed in time.

¡ Late reporting will be levied late fee @ Rs. 200/- per day.

¡ Parents are requested not to encourage their ward taking gate pass for sake of silly reasons.
