SOLID WASTE ENGINEERING
THIS Amendment No.2 to Agreement, is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF MANATEE, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the "County," with mailing address at 1112 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205 and ATKINS NORTH AMERICA, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", duly authorized to conduct uu::;ine::;s in the state of Florida, with offices located at -10 '1 Arthur Anderson parkway, Suite 260, Sarasota, Florida 34232.
WHEREAS, on September 20, 2011 the County approved Agreement (No. 11-2064FL) with multiple firms to provide professional engineering and architectural services relating to solid waste utility operations on an as required basis for various County projects for an initial period of one year; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for one year, and may be amended for four additional one-year periods; and
WHEREAS, Amendment #1 was executed to extend the Agreement to September 19, 2013 at the same terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, the County has determined a need for the services beyond the one year period ending September 19, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived , the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The duration of the Agreement shall be extended by one year commencing September 20,2 013 and ending September 19, 2014. There are two renewals remaining .

THIS Amendment No.2 to Agreement. Is made and entered Into by and between the COUNTY OF MANATEE, a political subdivision of the slate of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the "County," with malting address at 11 12 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton. Florida 34205 and SCS ENGINEERS. hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", duty authorized to conduct business in the stale of Florida, with offices located at 4041 Park Oaks Boulevard, Suite 100, Tampa. Florida 3361 0.
WHEREAS, on September 20. 2011 the County approved Agreement (No. 11-2064FL) with multiple firms to provide professional engineering and architectural services relating to solid waste utliJty operations on an as required basis for various County projects for an init ial period of one year; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement. the term of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for one year, and may be amended for four additional one-year periods; and
WHEREAS, the County has determined a need for the services beyond the one year period endang September 19, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefi ts to be derived. the parties hereto agree as follows:

ATKINS NORTH AMERICA, INC.
for SOLID WASTE ENGINEERING
THIS Amendment No.2 to Agreement, is made and entered into by and between the COUNTY OF MANATEE, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the "County," with mailing address at 1112 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205 and ATKINS NORTH AMERICA, INC. , hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", duly authorized to conduct bu~iness in the state of Florida, with offices located at ·1 o·1 Arthur Anderson parkway, Suite 260, Sarasota, Florida 34232.
WHEREAS, on September 20, 2011 the County approved Agreement (No. 11-2064FL) with multiple firms to provide professional engineering and architectural services relating to solid waste utility operations on an as required basis for various County projects for an initial period of one year; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement, the term ofthe Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for one year, and may be amended for four additional one-year periods; and
WHEREAS, the County has determined a need for the services beyond the one year period ending September 19, 2013.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The duration of the Agreement shall be extended by one year commencing September 20,2 013 and ending September 19, 2014. There are two renewals remaining .

2. All Fee Rates remain unchanged as found in Exhibit "B" of the initial Agreement dated September 20, 2011.
