Thesis The Life and Time of Charlie Kenney is the narative of my older brother and

his ability to live. Charles Fredrick Kenney is an unique young person, whom

obtains a rare combination of qualities. He is steadfast, loyal, compassionate,

and strong. The intention is to see how, through words and typography,

people can aquaint themselves with an individual, process through their life

and feel the emotions and memories of their experiances, without ever be-

ing introduced face-to-face. Charlies words and memories speak out loud and

should be herd by the masses, he was truely a rare human being. Charlies life

is inspiration and should not be kept a secret.

I would like to represent my brothers life through text, visuals and scale in or-

der to spread his words. My intent is to encourage people to slow down, think

about their lives, as well as the overall meaning of charlies acomplishments

and memories. After viewing my piece I would like the viewers to reflect on

their daily actions and what their priorities really are.
