It is with great pleasure that the department of Tissue Pathology & Diagnostic Oncology again welcomes you to this week long slide seminar course held at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and the University of Sydney. The venue is in walking distance to bustling Newtown and is a 10 minute drive to the fantastic sights and sounds for which Sydney is famous including spectacular Sydney Harbour, Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. The program will be organised on a systematic basis. Each day will include a microscopy session of approximately 30-40 cases followed by an interactive discussion session that will include mini-lectures on each case. Both common and unusual processes affecting each system will be included with discussion on morphology, differential diagnosis and special diagnostic techniques. The course is designed for registrars in training and consultant pathologists.
