Lance Shoulders – Vice President, Client StrategyLance brings over 20 years of combined industry and professional service experience operating in leadership positions to not only shape strategy and articulate it, but understand what it take to execute on the strategy. At Yalo, Lance is responsible for translating our customers’ strategy into clear, targeted messages for their customers, employees, and other business partners. A Unisource and Accenture alumni, he is based in Atlanta.

Arnold's hyper-focus on client satisfaction, value creation and return on marketing investment are the bedrock of his successful client relationships. Recently, Arnold’s teams have won numerous Marketing Site of the Year awards for elegant design & user experience across multiple devices. At Yalo, Arnold is responsible for successful client relationships and overall Yalo operations.

Anne Dawson – Strategy Director Anne has an entrepreneurial frame of mind approaching digital headaches for the tasks at hand. Brining experience from both an agency and client background she navigates the digital landscape searching for areas of opportunities to expand business, show growth and track ROI. She is a social millennial with a passion for learning about the latest trends and a curiosity for how audiences of all demographics digest media across all channels. Her attention to detail keep teams in line and motivated, moving to find the best client solution. With her positive “do whatever it takes” attitude, she balances deadlines knowing life is just an adventure and the next journey is right around the corner!
Denise Cowden– Creative DirectorDenise blends social media savvy with marketing and communication expertise. Over the past 15 years, Denise has assisted clients in a variety of industries, addressing issues in the areas of: executive and marketing communications, brand management, channel and customer marketing. Denise has extensive hands-on experience managing brands and creating segmentation analysis and is uncompromisingly dedicated to making strategy, creativity, and technology work together to produce results for her clients. Multi-lingual and multi-faceted, she measures success in terms of usability, design, and effectiveness.
Tim Smith – Executive Creative DirectorTimothy Smith is an award-winning creative leader with over 15 years of professional design experience with a focus on interactive experience design and multi-channel marketing. He has demonstrated strengths in art direction, team leadership, client communication and relationship development. His work spans a diverse range of industries and has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands including AT&T, Coca-Cola, NBC Universal, Diageo (Captain Morgan), The Library of Congress, Buick, Microsoft, Sony, Disney, Dell, Target, and many more.

Frank Griffith – Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, SocialFrank is a seasoned, senior executive with hands on experience across digital marketing disciplines. Frank has received numerous awards for his leadership including Entrepreneur of the Year, Distinguished Sales & Marketing Executive, and Small Business of the Year. At Yalo, Frank heads up the digital marketing practice. Frank’s focus is on business results and client satisfaction which has translated into working with nearly 5,000 clients across 9 countries during his career.
Jared Cobb – Content DirectorJared Cobb is a Senior Copywriter whose powerful messaging tactics have benefited major brands like Home Depot, Major League Baseball, Qualcomm and Quilted Northern. With 15 years experience in both print and digital marketing, Cobb expertly engages target markets through concise, purpose-driven content. Cobb has Midwestern roots, Bay Area ties and lives in Atlanta, GA with three young kids and too many pets.
John Yi – Marketing Program ManagerJohn is an integrated marketing project manager who considers all aspects of a project to find the best solutions for your team. John leverages six years of marketing experience in traditional and digital media. Having worked across a variety of verticals from automotive to healthcare to quick-service restaurants, John's strategic customer-focused approach helps brands effectively and efficiently reach their target consumers. Currently residing in Los Angeles with his education from the University of Michigan, John is the primary west-coast liaison for Yalo.
