DIVISION PROGRAM IMPLEMENT ATION REVIEW ON THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM FOR FY 2018

I. The Schools Division of Bulacan, in compliance with DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2018,"SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDELINES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018", will conduct a divisionprogram implementation review on school-based feeding program for FY 2018 at ClubRoyale Hotel, City of Malolos, Bulacan, on June 21, 2018.

2. The activity aims to:I. assess the implementation of School-Based Feeding Program for SY 2017 -

2018 in all schools within the division;

2. discuss and review the implementing guidelines stipulated in DO No. 15, s.2018, and all the arising issues and concerns relative to SBFP implementation;and

3. prepare Action Plan and Work and Financial Plan for SBFP FY 2018.

3. Participants to this program implementation review are the 33 elementary districtnutrition advisers and 33 elementary district nutrition coordinators.

4. Each participant is expected to come with a copy of the district baseline nutritionalstatus and a laptop to be used during workshops.

5. All expenses to be incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged against theDivision MOOE fund while transportation expenses of the participants may be taken fromlocal or school funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.

6. Enclosure No. I is the training matrix for reference.

7. This Memorandum serves as travel authority of the participants.

8. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum and cooperation of all concerned are herebyenjoined.
