Waterman LASHnow sails to the
Middle Eastevery 2 weeks.
Waterman just doubled its fleet of LASH vesselsto the Middle East and Indian Ocean. Now wehave six of these super-fast carriers, and weprovide regular liner service every other weekdirect to Aqaba. Jeddah, Dammam, Kuwait,Dubai. Abu Dhabi, Bombay, Madras, Calcutta,Chittagong and Colombo.
Nobody else offers you such flexibility orsecurity. Our LASH barges carry all types ofcargo under watertight hatches-- bulk, breakbutk and heavy lifts included. LASH alsogets you out of containers and containerinspections with their added risk of damageand extra stripping charges.
Don’t forget, our LASH barges also let youavoid export packing and its escalating costs. And because the barges can be floated downriver from inland ports, you can save onintermodal costs. Biggest payoff of all--youget an on-board bill of lading as soon asyour cargo is loaded on the barge, so you cancollect your money days earlier.
Shippers are calling our LASH service the"Express Way" to the Middle East and IndianOcean. Find out why, Call your foreign freightforwarder, or Waterman Steamship Corpora-tion, 120 Wall Street, New York, N.Y. 10005.Phone: (212) 747-8550.We’re making waves.
