To suit the specification of ISI for Portland cement proportion amount of Clinker, Dry Slag and Gypsum is mixed properly through various Hopper with a fitting of Load Cell which goes through a Master Hopper with Vibrator and put to the Main Cement Mill consisting to a finished required Mess. Later it puts through an expansion chamber and with the help of blower pushed through a sealed pipe and sent to the chamber and with the help of blower pushed through a sealed pipe and sent to the Cement Silo it comes through a rotor and vibrating screen to the automatic packing Machine and the sacks are put to truck with a conveyor ced by grinding Clinker, Gypsum and Fly Ash: The grind-ability the waste cement goes through covered Screw Conveyor to the expansion chamber to save any waste.

  24. 24. Faster setting High chemical resistance Strength development beyond 28 days Low heat of hydration Better early strength More durable High adhesion Better Workability
  25. 25. Cement produced by latest art of grinding technology followed by the Best formulations in the industry combining clinker, Gypsum and limestone are from the best of available sources as per EN CEM-II Presence of high C3S helps to increase early strength in PCC Cement at the quickest possible time. Low permeability & dense concrete gives better finishing with minimum air pocket hence no corrosion with reinforcement. Since the granules in the cement are highly coherent at a desired level it is highly durable in any aggressive environment like high alkali sulphate etc. Minimum water cements ratio lead to increase the durability for a longer period of time.
  26. 26. While mixing with water very less amount of heat gets generated which is not much variable with the outer surface as a result there are no cracks in the walls or in pastures. Low heat of hydration and it is ~ 30 K.Cal/Kg which is appropriate for mass concrete and underwater construction. This will helps to prevent concrete from major cracks. Good quality of cement strength start increasing at an angle of 45 degree up to 28 days, beyond the period the rate of increase is on the parallel. This type of increasing strength behavior is best suitable for any kind of construction. Our product has been tested accordingly.
