Molecular Structure 

DescriptionPalatinol® DOTP is a plasticizerbased upon 2-Ethylhexanol. It iscompatible with both homopolymerand copolymer vinyl resins.Palatinol® DOTP is used primarily toplasticize vinyl resin where goodprocessing characteristics areneeded and the finished productrequires improved low temperatureflexibility and low volatility.

The addition of Palatinol® DOTP toplastisols and organosols lowersinitial viscosity and leads to longershelf life.

 App licat ionsPalatinol® DOTP is recommendedfor use in select consumer goods,film & sheet, coated fabrics, flooring,wall coverings and wire & cable.

Safety Palatinol® DOTP does not requirespecial handling. Handle inaccordance with good industriahygiene and safety practices.

 Avoid eye contact by wearingpersonal protective equipment. Ieye contact occurs, wash withflowing water and contact physician Avoid repeated or prolonged skincontact. Avoid breathing vapors by

providing adequate ventilation.
