Bottling is a busy time!
● I couldn’t take any more pictures after I filled the bottling bucket.
● NEXT STEPS:○ pitch 3/4c priming sugar mixed with a
small amount of hot water○ Attach bottling tubing○ Bottle liquid and have a second person
cap the bottles quickly○ Store for 2-3 weeks!
Take a Gravity Reading
The gravity reading after brewing was = 1.06=7.8%
After fermentation =1.013=1.8%7.8-1.8=6Total Alcohol Content= 6%
