Supplementary information, Figure S3 CLEM analysis.

A. NRK cells stably expressing TSPAN4-GFP were cultured on Photo-Etched coverslip

pretreated with 10 μM FN. There are letters in Photo-Etched coverslip. For this

particular cell, is the letter AM (highlighted by white dotted line). The letter can be

obtained by bright field of confocal microscope and used to be positional information

of interested cells (left panel). Based on this positional information of interested cells,

this particular area is choose for ultra-sectioning during TEM sample preparation,

which usually contain 20~30 cells. Enlarged images are shown in the right panels. B
