Industrial growth continues to push price
Columbus
• While 2015 was a banner year for industrial activity in the United States, Columbus continues to see the
average total asking rent rise as logistics users find the budding Central Ohio area attractive. Logistics
users have entered submarkets across Columbus to boost their strategic location, further solidifying the
market’s place as a premier destination for logistics users. Columbus has remained a desirable
destination for logistics users due to Rickenbacker Inland Port’s ability to provide users access to road,
rail and air transportation.
