Industrial growth continues to push price

Columbus

• While 2015 was a banner year for industrial activity in the United States, Columbus continues to see the

average total asking rent rise as logistics users find the budding Central Ohio area attractive. Logistics

users have entered submarkets across Columbus to boost their strategic location, further solidifying the

market’s place as a premier destination for logistics users. Columbus has remained a desirable

destination for logistics users due to Rickenbacker Inland Port’s ability to provide users access to road,

rail and air transportation.
