• Additional routing options available for DID calls

Inbound Call Processing

• Analog trunk call processing– This also applies to SIP trunks with no DID

• Day and night destinations are available

• Choose from Extension, Automated Attendant, Operator Or UCD group

DID Routing

• DID table used to program ringing destination for 100 DID numbers– Confirm DID number format with carrier prior to

programming

• DIDs can ring extension, automated attendant menu, UCD group, operator, networked extension or remote number

UCD Groups

• Four programmable UCD groups

• Can be programmed as incoming ringing destination for outside line or DID number

• Each UCD group can have up to 50 members– IP Phones– Analog phone

• The UCD group access code and configuration are programmed in Numbering Plan

• You may also program a UCD group to reroute an unanswered call to:– Automated Attendant Menu– Voice Mailbox– Extension– Virtual Extension

Incoming Call Routing Day / Night Example

• You may program PSTN line or IP Trunk to route a call to a specific extension, automated attendant menu, UCD group or operator based on the current day/night mode:

• UCD group 1 set upto reroute to auto attendantmenu 1 after60 seconds.
