An overview of the buying process

Decide what and why you are buying. Our experts do a real estate market analysis to help you determine the appropriate purchase price and find the best suitable areas that will fit your specifications.

Do your research. We present you with options, answer your questions and help you understand information that may affect your decision.

Visit in person. We highly recommend you to come on a viewing trip to view the properties in person. We’ll help you set up the trip and arrange accomodation for you if you wish.

Find a lawyer. While you can use any lawyer you want, our long-term relationship with one of Spains top law companies will make the buying process flawless.

Negotiate with the seller. We’ll handle the negotiation for you and help you attain the best possible price and attractive terms.

Reserve the property. Once you have decided on a property, reserving it will take it off the market and lock the price that is agreed on in the negotiations. The reservation fee is handled by your lawyer and makes sure that your interests are well taken care of.

Contract setup. Lawyers from both parties meet and determine the property is free from debts and rates in order to finalize the agreement and buying costs.

Completion and registration of the title deed is done at the Notary, where both parties meet and sign the documents. The signed deed is lodged with the land registry and your lawyer takes care of remaining formalities.

Once your purchase is complete, our After Care department will assist you with any further needs you may have, such as furniture, interior design, refurbishments and more.
