MAN Family Wines Padstal Chardonnay, PaarlMade to be enjoyed as an anytime wine. This chardonnay offers butterscotch & white peach aromas & flavours, which gain breath from partial fermentation in oak.

Vondeling Wooded Chardonnay, Voor Paardeberg Named for the Foundling Hospital that was once on this site, this historic farm was granted to Swedish immigrant Oloff Bergh in 1704. Winemaker Matthew Copeland achieves a creamily textured wine, pierced by zesty citrus flavours.

Crystallum The Agnes Chardonnay, Hemel-en-Aarde Named after Peter-Allan Finlayson's great grandmother, who was shipped off to South Africa at the tender age of 14. The multi-vineyard blend is made to reflect the resilience and strength of Agnes, with each vineyard forming a building block to form this larger than life wine. White peach, fresh lime and lemon preserve lead into a beautifully textured, fresh and creamy palate.

Springfield Wild Yeast Chardonnay, (unoaked) Robertson Abie Bruwer rests his chardonnay on the lees (wild yeast) for a few months without having to put the wine into oak in order to add more flavour & breadth. Versatile food wine.

Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Unwooded Chardonnay Stellenbosch One of the Cape's first negociants, Neil Ellis sources the best fruit for his wines, in this case the cool Groenekloof along the West Cape coast, with its hallmark flintiness and herbaceous aromatics. Ataraxia Sauvignon Blanc, Hemel-en-Aarde Kevin Grant made Hamilton Russell’s wines for many years before going solo, further up the ‘Heaven & Earth’ valley. The herbaceous & assertive pure fruit flavours are complemented by zesty acidity. Perfect with seafood.

Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc, Constantia Historic Klein Constantia is well known for its full-flavoured expression of this variety, where vines enjoy fresh breezes from both Atlantic & Indian oceans on either side of the narrow Cape peninsula. Their signature grape is complemented by a dash of semillon, adding richness to the minerally finish.
