2018 Toyo Tires Warranty Process

2018 Out of Round

•Toyo Tires covers up to two tires for Out of Round / Out

of Balance conditions

•Tires must be within the 1/32nd of wear for passenger

and light truck claims

•Consumer and vehicle information is required on all

passenger and light truck claims

2018 Toyo Tires Mileage Warranty

• Tires purchased within five years to the original purchaser with

proof of purchase

• Tires are accepted starting at 4/32nd pro-rated down to the

legal wear out of 2/32nd

• Installation and removal invoices or completed Tire Installation

Information located on the back of Toyo Tires Warranty booklet

required. Rotation records may be requested

• Tires with uneven wear of more than 2/32nd from shoulder to

shoulder will void the mileage warranty (example: 5/3/2)

• Tires must meet or exceed the vehicles load and speed rating

of the vehicle manufacture

• Staggered fitments – rear axle – 50% of the warranted miles

• No commercial service

2018 Toyo Tires 45 Day / 500 Mile Trial Offer

•A set is four or more tires

•Offer is available only to the original purchaser and is not

transferable

•The set of four or more tires must be purchased on the same day,

mounted on the vehicle indicated on the invoice, and must be

returned to the dealer of purchase within 500 miles or 45 days,

whichever comes first

•Other service charges or taxes are not included

•Offer excludes OE tires, designated winter only tires, competition

tires, commercial tires, Proxes R1R, M55

•Commercial, racing, or off-road use, improper load, wheel fitment,

misapplications or damaged by road hazard or other abuse, are

excluded

•Claim form must be complete with installation and removal dates,

consumer information and vehicle information

• Tires purchased within 66 months

• Consumer or vehicle information is not required

• Toyo accepts up to two tires for Out of Round conditions

within the first 2/32nd wear

• Casing warranty up to two retreads

2018 Toyo Tires Ozone Weathering

1.Ozone weathering is covered for five years from the DOT date

stamped on the tire

2.Qualifying cracking is 2mm or more

3.Chemical, tire shine or any outside influence that induces the

tire to dry out is not warranted

4.Wheels that are not within the approved rim width range

disqualify claim

2018 Shipping Adjustments to Toyo Tires

•Ship adjustments to Toyo Tires every 30 days, or every 1,000

lbs. whichever comes first

•Call ODFL pre-paid number 866-222-6335 to arrange a Toyo

Tire RGA pick up

•All claim forms and paperwork must be in one envelope and

secured to one tire in the shipment (do not give warranty claim

paperwork to the driver)

•Overage, Shortage and Freight damage claims are handled

by Customer Service and are not sent in with warranty

claims

•File claims by submitting an email to

OS&D@ToyoTires.com, provide explanation of claim –

over/short, damaged, lost sale etc. to include DO#, INV#, or

PO#, product code and quantity
