RECOMMENDATIONS & CONCLUSIONS

Remotely-piloted aircraft systems are a technology breakthrough in our generation and hence should be welcome by all community stakeholders. Drones will help make our lives better just in the same way we have mobile phones today. Just in the same way that technology should exist for the benefit of Mankind and G-d, so must this novel technology be regulated to ensure that it complies to the good of man and hence policy formulation and implementation should not be drawn to restrict the use of the beautiful technology. Rather, policy frameworks and implementation should be designed to protect the community from being harmed through the abuse of this technology, which may lead to criminal elements taking advantage of it for nefarious activities.
