and continue in relapse prevention education at no additional

Our Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program is expressly designed

or those whose lives are so compromised by pain that

they have been unable to manage without medication. Ater

medically managed withdrawal, they enter into a program

that includes education, physical therapy, and counseling,

which will allow them to discover alternative ways to manage

their pain without medication.

as well. Family members can begin their own r ecover y

 journey by attending our intensive our-day amily

educational program acilitated by the best proessionals in

the eld o addiction. Weekly amily support meetings are

also oered. We know that having a amily member enter

treatment is extremely stressul, but we are here to assist you

while your amily member is in treatment and ater he or she

returns home.

Vice President o Clinical Services,

Frank Szabo, LADC, has over twenty-two years combined

personal and proessional experience in recovery and addiction

treatment. Claudia Black, Ph.D., Senior Clinical & Family Services

Advisor, works with Mr. Szabo in leading our competent and

proessional treatment team in establishing a targeted program

that includes specialized counseling, education, and research-

based best practices. We also oer enhanced recovery services

such as physical

therapy, Chi Kung,

massage, yoga, and

nutritional consultation.

Medically managed withdrawal is only the beginning o the

recovery process and is administered in a sae, condential,

clinical environment that ensures the ver y least amount o 

discomort. Having an expertise in the detoxication rom

alcohol, opiates, and painkillers, we are also one o the only

programs in Nevada with a methadone license, providing us

a unique ability to deal with complicated cases.

Mel Pohl, MD, FASAM, leads our committed

and experienced medical team. Dr. Pohl is
