SGM Tactical Vepr 25 round drum
(must read before use)
1. Load the drum one shell at a time.
Ensure each shell is well seated in
the feed lips.
2. Press down and hold the shell in
place while you load the next
Shell.
3. Once your drum is loaded, lock
your bolt to the rear and engage
the safety.
4. Insert the drum into the magazine
well and ensure you have a good
lock. (The drum will break in and become
much easier to load. 4-5 uses should do it ,
flipping the shotgun upside down the first
few times will make this easier) 5. Point the shotgun down range and
release the bolt. (Ensure you have a
good feed on the first round in the
chamber) 6. You’re ready to fire. (Range
Safety Rules Always Apply!)
7. DO NOT CONDUCT COMBAT
RELOADS AND DROP THE
DRUM.
Use Only 2¾” Shells Over 1300 fps ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR SHOTGUN

Trouble Shooting Page 3
The Most Important Thing For Outstanding Performance Is A Clean Gas System And A Well
Maintained Shotgun.
Shotgun Shells Are Very Dirty And They Will Start To Foul Your Gas System At 75-100 Shells.
The bolt will not go forward and chamber a shell.
Check Your Last Round Bolt Hold Open On Your Shotgun. Some Veprs have Shorter or Longer LRBHO’s . The Drum Or Your Shell May Be Lifting The LRBHO. A Simple File Used On The Drum Can Fix This Problem. Please Email [email protected] For Detail Instructions and Photos.
Failure to feed and failure to extract/eject shell.
Remove The Drum And Ensure Your Shell Moves Freely In The Drum By Pressing Down On The Top Shell And Releasing Quickly. (If The Shell
Moves Freely, Clean Your Gas System and Blow The Carbon Out Of Your Gas Block With Pressurized Air.)
