Dynaset recognizes the future needs of machinery
Dynaset made an image research in order to get customer perspective for development projects. We also wanted to know how our customers see the development of the company and get new ideas for the future. The image research was made before the launch of Blue Hydraulics in first quarter of 2014. Similar research was made 2008 and the results were compared between each other.
We are pleased with the response. Based on the comments, we are in the right track. Customers have been excited about the new innovations. However this is only the beginning of developing the company and its products. We are determined to bring new innovations to the market in the future as well. Blue Hydraulics has opened the eyes of our customers to see the company’s true variety of products and applications.
Dynaset is working in profound development projects with customers all the time. Deep co-operation with customers quarantees that Dynaset products are going to increase productivity of mobile machinery. On top of that we are going to challenge ourselves to create new technology and applications for better world of machinery.

Hydraulic powered Dynaset equipment can be installed on all known commercial vehicles. In this case the service vehicle is Russian made van Gaz.
Power take-off from the engine
Dynaset equipment is powered by hydraulics. However Gaz doesn’t have a hydraulic system available. Dynaset PTO allows the usage of hydraulic equipment. It securely takes power out from the van’s engine to a hydraulic pump which runs the hydraulic equipment.
Electricity for welding and tools
The service vehicle is equipped with Dynaset HWG180 Hydraulic Welding Generator which transforms hydraulic power into electricity for welding and power tools. It is world’s lightest welder in its class. It can be used for welding

steel constructions, wearing parts, repairing pipelines etc. There is an auxiliary AC output available as well. HWG180 produces single and three phase power at freequency of 50Hz or 60Hz depending on the customer’s requirements.
There is electricity always aboard and available at work site when using HG12 Hydraulic Generator. It produces high quality electricity for powering tools, lights, heaters, coolers, one and two phase motors etc. It is a complete power station with overload protection and safety leakage. The new Blue Hydraulics model’s height has reduced compared to the old one.
Pipe cleaning and power washing

Dynaset customized a new service vehicle for exhibiting hydraulic equipment in Russian market. The new service vehicle will show how versatile and efficient tool a service van is when equipped with Dynaset products. The customers are getting closer look at the hydraulic equipment in action for example at trade shows.

Cleaning Unit applications available for cleaning, de-clogging, de-icing, flushing and purging of pipelines, drains, sewers, culvert etc. Self propelled pulsating cleaning nozzle enables over 100m reach in horizontal pipes and over 5 storeys in vertical drains. PPL includes HPW Hydraulic Power Washer with washing pistol.
Easy and safe to use
Working with hydraulic equipment is easy by using a remote control which allows operator to adjust RPM, using a hose reel, run equipment such as pipe cleaning unit and power washer.
New HMV Modular Valve system helps with installations. The modules cut down the design and installation time and save money in part costs. Less pipes and hoses reduce break down risks.

Dynaset has improved its hydraulic compressors as well as other products. The company launched the new product line at Conexpo trade show 2014 in Las Vegas, USA. Blue Hydraulics product line has a new series of HKR Hydraulic Screw Compressors to complete the selection of HKL Hydraulic Rotary Vane Compressors and HK Hydraulic Compressors. They all are powered by hydraulics of a carrier machine.
Higher efficiency with lower hydraulic requirements
HK models have been reformed as new HK450 Hydraulic Compressor replaces old HK400 model and HK1000 has considerable technical improvements.
HK450 has significantly higher energy efficiency than the old model. The new compressor produces 50 l/min more air flow with lower hydraulic requirements. Required hydraulic flow for the new model is only 14 l/min.
New Dynaset Blue Hydraulics product line brought number of new products into the market. Dynaset introduces new HK450 Hydraulic Compressor which replaces old HK400. The product line also includes technical improvements for new models of existing equipment. In addition to new look, the new model of HK1000 includes technical upgrades.

New FLC Cartridge
Both HK Hydraulic Compressors have new FLC Cartridge for RPM control. It offers the best speed control and enables easy adjustment. The system allows the best possible precision to counter load changes when working with pneumatic tools.
Applications
The compressors are used for powering pneumatic tools, filling tires, air flushing in drilling rigs, purge air protection and cleaning equipment, CAFS foam generation, etc.

HMG Pro converts the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into electricity to power a lifting magnet. With HMG Pro and a lifting magnet, working is efficient whether it’s handling scrap metal, steel, casting, slag, etc. The hydraulic magnet generator also produces electricity for welding, tools and other electrical devices when equipped with an AC-box.
The compact size allows easy installation
The hydraulic magnet generator can be installed on material handling and demolition machinery such as excavators, trucks, cranes, loaders. The compact size allows an easy installation and the unit can be placed freely, also in a confined space.

Dynaset made image research in first quarter of the year 2014. Based on the research, company is known for its innovative products and even existing ones has novelty value. Overall grade has risen from 4,02 up to 4.21 in scale 1 to 5 since year 2008.

“We wanted to review our corporate image’s state before launching Blue Hydraulics product line to gain valuable feedback from our customers for the future developement operations. Getting Blue Hydraulics into the market is just one of them”, says Sales Manager Anni Karppinen from Dynaset Oy.
The world’s best power-to-size ratio has been
developed further by reducing the size of already compact hydraulic equipment and improving energy efficiency of the equipment. This was something the customers saw as a strenght as well as opportunity for the company in the future.
Customers also thought that Dynaset’s evinronmentally friendly products, wide product selection and wide sector of industries worldwide are also counted as opportunities for the company.

There’s always things to improve. Dynaset is going to make sure that supporting materials for dealers and all areas of customer service will be devoleped further. The global economic situation or in other words recession was considered as a threat. However Dynaset sees that the company is competitive also in recession because the products and applications are going to save customers’ money and increases productivity of their mobile machinery.
High quality, innovative, compact and powerful products, development and expertice of the personnel are seen as the biggest strenghts of Dynaset. Now these strenghts have been progressed since Blue Hydraulics is released and the company supports education and training of its personnel. Customers appreciate the Dynaset brand and effectiveness of the company. Overall the feedback was extremely positive and respondents were very content about the co-operation with Dynaset.
Environmentally friendly products are great advantage.
Wide product selection and wide sector of industries are seen as opportunities for the company. For exam-ple demolition provides a great business sector where Dynaset equipment can be utilized.
