HPIC is fully automatic power booster without need for control. Selection of HPIC Pressure Intensifiers includes three models. The maximum input of hydraulic oil flow is 100, 200 or 300 lpm depending on the model. The suitable HPIC model will be selected based on the hydraulic system of the working machine.
Adjustable output pressure
HPIC is adjustable between 0-700 bars. Input pressure and maximum output pressure can be adjusted to a desired value according to work machine’s cylinder structure. Maximum output pressure of HPIC is 2,18 times more than the input pressure or 700 bars.

Utilizing the power booster
The manufacturer of a pulverizer or other demolition attachment can choose the most applicable cylinder for the pressure intensifier. The speed of movement increases with the smaller piston diameter. HPIC Pressure Intensifier allows to change a cylinder piston diameter to smaller one without loss of the jaws compression force. Naturally the new cylinder must tolerate the new maximum hydraulic oil pressure.
HPIC is also a fluent alternative when a high force is needed and a high weight is a problem. It is possible to reduce the total weight of cylinder. The lighter structure can be utilized with a

longer boom. Also a pulverizer can be used with a smaller work machine.
Operating principle
The work efficiency increases by optimating the speed and the force of the pulverizer jaws. When pulverizer jaws are compressed, the hydraulic fluid flows directly through HPIC Pressure Intensifier without loss of flow rate or cylinder speed. The flow rate is conducted via HPIC into the cylinder when the maximum pressure value of the working machine’s hydraulic system is reached. The pressure intensifier increases the hydraulic pressure to the adjusted pressure value which allows higher compression force of the demolition attachment.
Installation
HPIC Pressure Intensifier can be installed directly to a pulverizer’s jaw cylinder with adapter parts without high pressure hoses. Alternatively HPIC can be installed between hydraulic hoses and located to the most suitable location of a work machine structure.

Successful project without delays requires usually electricity. Electrical outlet in the city is not always obvious and sometimes worker needs to go knocking doors and begging for electricity. A traditional combustion engine driven generator requires lot of space form the carrier machine or it needs transportation to the worksite. Refueling, maintenance, spare parts and possibly transportation of the traditional generator create costs. Temporary cabling sets restrictions to work and it can be safety risk. All this requires extra working hours, which is off from the productive work. Dynaset HG hydraulic generators are developed to meet these challenges.

Street cleaning without dust emissions
Dynaset HPW-DUST high pressure dust suppression technology is efficient way to minimize dust emission. High pressure water is sprayed directly to treated area through special nozzles and it prevents the dust from spreading to the environment.
Atomized water mist binds even the smallest dust particles and makes them fall down without wetting the street surface. Surfaces are efficiently cleaned in dry state. With Dynaset high pressure dust suppression there is no risk of road icing at nights and cleaning can be started earlier in spring. Minimized water consumption reduces the need of filling the tank, which increases work efficiency.
Cleaner air with high pressure dust suppression
An independent air quality research, made by Metropolia University of Applied Science, proved the high pressure dust suppression more effective method than traditional irrigation solutions to reduce dust emissions while brushing streets.
The four key results of air quality research
1. The high pressure dust suppression reduces 52% of PM10 dust concentrations compared to a low pressure irrigation system while brushing.
2. PM10 dust concentrations are 82% less with high pressure dust suppression than without dust control while brushing.
3. The air remains cleaner after brushing when high pressure dust suppression is used.
4. Brushing momentarily increases the dust in the air with all brushing methods.

HWG Hydraulic Welding Generator transforms the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into welding current and electricity for work tools. The welder is designed for professional use to weld pipes, pipe casings, on-site repair of wearing parts etc.
Dynaset HWG Hydraulic Welding Generator is lightest and the most compact welder in its class. It produces welding power up to 400A. The welder includes AC output for electric tools, lights etc. There are on-board and portable models available.

Portable Hydraulic Welding Generators
The compact and powerful portable welder is the most light weight in its class. The portable welding generator is easy to carry to the worksite. Taking the welder into the use is simple. All that have to be done is connecting two hoses to hydraulics of a carrier machine by using quick couplings.
The portable welder makes welding easy even in tough conditions. DC voltage is suitable for all electrode types. It also has high electronically controlled striking voltage pulse, stepless control and non-sticking electrodes. Overload automatics makes it safe and reliable in use.
The welder is also a handy generator which produce electricity for drills, lights, angle grinders and other electric tools.
K-series Hydraulic Welding Generators
The welding generator is packed with power and impressive features. The K-series welder is ultimate professional’s accessory. DC voltage suits all electrode types.
The features include high electronically controlled striking voltage pulse, multi range welding current selector and non-striking electrodes. The welder also has an automatic frequency control valve and voltage controller which reacts in less than one tenth of a second.
The K-series welder can be installed on all carrier machines. Thanks to its simple connections, it is easy to move from one machine to another. The hydraulic welding generator also provides electricity for powering equipment.
