MegaSign Merge

MegaSign Merge: Now, in one step, merge custom data into agreements for 1000s to each sign

• Every signer can receive a customized agreement that already contains their own signer-specific data.

• For example, sender can provide the names and address of each signer which will then dynamically appear in each copy sent over signature

• MegaSign Merge requires uploading a CSV file containing the list of recipients and the data that needs to be merged into the document.

Merge signer-specific data into the agreement.

Merge data in read-only mode (e.g. Sales price) or allow signers to change it (e.g. update their address).

Specify a different message for each signer.

Upload the list of recipients from file.

Parallel Workflow 2.0

Send an agreement for signature for several signers at the same time, dynamically, and hybrid combos

•On the Send page – Now toggle between sequential and parallel in one click

•From Salesforce or API – Controlled by an account setting determining if sequential or parallel is used

•Custom workflows – Allow using hybrid sequential and parallel workflows –

e.g. send to customer and then send in parallel to 3 internal counter signers

•Admin can enforce single required signing workflow if desired on Admin tab

Salesforce Global Edition

Now, reps can optionally set language and expiration date for each agreement (previously signing language was configured only per account, which remains an option)

Great for reps selling to different countries, or selling to a bilingual patch (e.g., English and Spanish)

Signing: New Font Options

Fonts:

•Dynamic Fonts: EchoSign in Advanced Signatures will automatically choose the right font signature for the right signing event – no work for signers or senders

•Printed/Typed Font: Advanced Signatures accounts can now be configured with a ‘Typed’ Font where neither a simulated signature, nor a biometric signature, is desired

Signing: iPad as Mobile Signature Pad

Send and Biometrically Sign on iPad (and iPhone, Android)

•Capture actual signatures in the browser – sign in person, with real signatures, on the iPad
