GeoSpray™ is a microfiber reinforced ultra dense geopolymer specially designedfor its outstanding physical properties. Unlike traditional materials, GeoSpray is aGeopolymer matrix that is a “chemically fused” ceramic.
Geopolymers work by having the covalently bound atoms within polymers at thesurface of the nano-particles displaced by alkali molecules such that theirmolecular structure is disrupted creating future attachment sites. The attachmentand cross-linking of molecules creates a monolithic structure that results insuperior material properties.
