Projekt, a wniosek?
projekt – metoda pracy;
wniosek - aplikacja o fundusze;
projekt ► działanie jednorazowe, które służy realizacji określonego
celu, posiada skoordynowane i wzajemnie powiązane ze sobą działania, jest
ograniczone w czasie(określony początek i koniec), posiada określony budżet i
zasoby.

Specific
(specyficzny/ konkretny)
Measurable
(mierzalny/wymierny)
Achievable (wykonalny)
Realistic
(realistyczny)
Time-Bound
Projekt : SMART
Co konkretnie masz osiągnąć? - CEL?
Jak można stwierdzić, że cel zostanie osiągnięty?
Czy istnieją jasne wskaźniki i parametry mierzące cel?
Ile, jak dużo, jak szybko?
Czy zaineresowane strony będą zadowolone z
wyników?
Czy działania są możliwe do realizacji
w określonym czasie z konkretnym budżetem?
Kiedy osiągniemy cele?.

Proposal template
Describe the specific objectives for the project, which should be clear, measurable,
realistic and achievable within the duration of the project. Objectives should be
consistent with the expected exploitation and impact of the project (see section 2).
The term ‘project’ used in this template equates to an ‘action’ in certain other Horizon 2020 documentation.
30 www.kpk.gov.pl www.kpk.gov.pl
przykład: 1.1 Objectives
Topic: Rare neurological diseases (choroby rzadkie)
protokołów badania klinicznego do diagnostyki USH u dzieci poniżej 1 roku życia.
Umożliwi to pacjentom korzystanie z implantów ślimakowych, a w przyszłości pozwoli na
opracowanie terapii genowej siatkówki.
Proposal template
Objectives should be consistent with the expected exploitation and impact of the
project (see section 2).
31 www.kpk.gov.pl www.kpk.gov.pl
przykład: 1.1 Objectives
Topic: New designs of ecological furnaces (wydajne i ekologiczne piece przemysłowe)
Celem głównym projektu jest zbadanie, opracowanie i zatwierdzenie nowych technologii
grzewczych w piecach przemysłowych. W projekcie PIECE zbadane zostaną trzy nowe systemy
grzewcze, innowacyjne materiały izolacyjne oraz nowe systemy odzyskiwania odpadów,
pozwalające zminimalizować straty ciepła i emisje gazów oraz zwiększyć wydajność piecy
stosowanych w produkcji: szkła, cementu i ceramiki.
Podjęte prace badawcze przyczynią się do:
• zmniejszenia zużycia energii o 20 %,
• ograniczenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery zwłaszcza CO2,
• ograniczenia w 40% ilości odpadów powstających podczas produkcji.

3. Implementation
3.1 Work plan – Workpackages, deliverables and milestones
PROJECT will be organized in 5 workpackages(WP) and will last 24 months. WP1 will be
dedicated to the management of the consortium and the overall supervision of progress as compared
with the plans. All WP will work closly together to achive the objectives of PROJECT.
WP2 will develop a platform for information, suport and learning. The platform will include three
elements, one will be the webpage, the second the workshops, and the third the consulting groups.
The platform will built during the first three month………………………………………………..
WP4 Communication and dissemination. This will include a twitter account, a linked-in like a
platfrom, the dissemination of a newsletter every two months. A final conference will be organized
to wrap up the results of the project and identify potential developments for the future.

Milestones’ means control points in the project that help to chart progress.
Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable,
allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so
that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical
decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several
technologies to adopt for further development.

3.2 Management structure and procedures (wybrane zagadnienia)
3.2 Management structure and procedures
• Describe the organisational structure and the decision-making ( including a
list of milestones (table 3.2a)
• Explain why the organisational structure and decision-making mechanisms
are appropriate to the complexity and scale of the project,
• Describe, how effective innovation management will be addressed in
the management structure and work plan.
Innovation management is a process which requires an understanding of both
market and technical problems, with a goal of successfully implementing
appropriate creative ideas. A new or improved product, service or process is its typical
output. It also allows a consortium to respond to an external or internal opportunity.

Innovation
the process, including its outcome, by which new ideas respond to
societal or economic needs and demand and generate new
products, services or business and organisational models that are
successfully introduced into an existing market or that are able to
create new markets and that contribute value to society.

The project consortium consist of 10 beneficiares who will sign the Grant Agreement and 4 associated
partners who will support the project and cotribute to its activities but will not officially become part of
the cosortium…
The project coordinator will draw up a Cosortium Agreement, which will be signed by all partners at
the beginning of the project.
Management structure
A strong project management structure will be implemented based on the:
1. The dcision making level: the Project Coordinator, the Steering Committee is the ultimate
decisions making body of the project in collaboration with the European Commission.
2. The executive level: the Project Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day management of
the project.
3. The operational level: Work Package Leaders, Task Leaders, beneficiaries. The operational
level is responsible for the execution of work in the project, as described in the Description of
Work

Capacities within the consortium
The different capacities brought together by the consortium include partners with excellent
experience in agroforestry science (encompassing crops, livestock, trees and the environment) and
access to the best agroforestry experiments in Europe. The consortium also includes participants
with experience in participative research approaches and extension and diffusion activities;

with a range of businesses associated with agroforestry.
Sub-contracting
Within the project, sub-contracting budgets are included for three partners: X, Y, Z. In each case, the
subcontracts will be established in compliance of Article ARTICLE 13 of the Grant Agreement.

the major biogeographical regions of Europe. The partners
cover the main agro-climatic zones across Europe (Fig 2.2).
Areas not directly covered by the participants of
the consortium, will be covered through the inclusion of the
European Forest Institute and the European Agroforestry
Federation.

Communication within the Consortium
As already stated, the consortium will keep in close contact via e-mail using the Google mailing lists,
by telephone and/or video/Skype conferences and by utilising project web 2.0 tools such as Twitter and
Facebook. The Coordinator will work closely with each partner and will ensure a continuous
information flow. In order to allow the exchange of documents and reports, a structured Intranet
solution for all NCPs will be further developed under the project website by M02.
The proposed consortium has already a relatively high degree of gender equality, because of the fact
that all participating partners are equal-opportunity employers. At present approximately 3/5 female
and 2/5 male researchers are scheduled to participated in the project.
