Utilization period from 7am to 4am of the following day, for event duration of up to 10 hours

Services provided by the personnel> Project coordination for all hall-relevant processes*> Event manager hall in accordance with point 2ff of the safety and fire protection requirements for events at Velodrom and Max-Schmeling-Halle*> Technical standby services (1 technical assistant, 1 house technician, staffed fire alarm unit)* > Visitor service: medical personnel and toilet care> Cleaning during mounting and intermediate cleaning following mounting> Cleaning the rented areas and the associated cloakroom and sanitary areas after the event > Safety-relevant security personnel in accordance with paragraph 11 „Event Organization“ of the GTC*

Other services> Checking the feasibility of the event concept> Up to 3 inspection appointments with the relevant trades (technical equipment providers, TV, catering)> Preparing the permissible seating plan (based on the preliminary planning submitted by the production side)> Firmly installed seating in the hall (without indoor Arena seating)> Electricity (including production energy/kWh without electricity distributor costs)*> Heating/air conditioning technology*> Production offices, artist‘s cloakrooms, crew catering room including kitchen with furniture*

* Services also apply on mounting, dismantling and rehearsal days

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Invoicing according to rates per day: up to 550.00 EURInvoicing according to rates per hour: 65.00 EUR/per hour

Supplementary consultancy and attendance throughout the project> Compiling plans, measures, photos and other information> Spatial planning and utilization concepts, including inspection dates as part of the concept development> Graphic services and implementing the concept development in the form of plans (CAD and 3D)> Organization of meetings with different trades / production briefings> Development of security concepts and shift planning for the security staff> Settlement of regulatory approval processes> Design and detail planning of light, sound and stage concepts> Drawing up accurate scale CAD plans and commissioning statistical expert reports, if needed> Specialized planning of all technically necessary logistics trades> Specialized planning in the area of „stage and scenery construction“> Specialized planning of multi-media video & presentation concepts, media management and broadcast solutions> Cost calculation for additional services, ranging from individual enquiries to complex tender procedures> Control, supervision and coordination of service providers and trades> Compiling logistic parameters, time and work schedules, preparing construction schedules> Technical assistance for events in all phases> Providing the legally required person in charge of event technology (stage and lighting manager) as well as the necessary professional staff

Instructions> When also renting the main Arena, the utilization period may change.> Depending on the utilization, fee-based protection of the sports flooring in the Seelenbinderhalle may be necessary.
