The Township Entrepreneur Awards are an initiative by the Gauteng Department of Economic Development to recognize, reward and celebrate entrepreneurial talent in the townships whilst supporting the provinces’ goal and commitment to revitalizing the township economy. Individuals and cooperatives with businesses operating in the township will be awarded across 14 categories.
