IES Bendinat is a state school located in the

municipality of Calvià, Mallorca (Balears Isles,

Spain). It is a school where compulsory secondary

education classes are taught, with 6 courses from 1st

to 3rd of ESO and 5 courses in 4th. At the age of 16,

students who wish to continue their education can

study for two years to earn the Bachillerato

certificate. This is the certificate needed to go to

university although students will also have to sit an

entrance exam (Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad or

the ‘Selectividad’).

All students take a number of core subjects including

Spanish, a foreign language and history but they also

have to specialize in one area: natural and health

sciences, sciences and engineering, social sciences,

the humanities or the arts. Some nine subjects are

studied with the yearly exam results of each subject

aggregated to provide an overall mark up to 10.

A pass to the Bachillerato will allow a student to take

university entrance examinations (Selectivo).

To undertake the state-supervised Selectivo, the

student will take 7–8 examinations over three days

that mimic their Bachillerato examinations. Then

they will be provided with an aggregate score up to

10 (like the Bachillerato system). This will be

combined with their Bachillerato score to provide the

overall university grade – although the Bachillerato

IES Bendinat è una scuola di istruzione pubblica situata

nel comune di Calvià, a Maiorca (Isole Baleari, Spagna).

È una scuola in cui si hanno classi dell'istruzione

secondaria obbligatoria, con 6 corsi dal 1 ° al 3 ° dell'ESO

e 5 corsi al 4 °.

A 16 anni, gli studenti che desiderano proseguire gli studi

possono studiare per altri due anni per ottenere il

certificato Bachillerato. Questo è il certificato necessario

per andare all'università, anche se gli studenti dovranno

sostenere gli esami di ammissione all'università

(Selectivo).

Per intraprendere il Selectivo supervisionato dallo stato, lo

studente dovrà sostenere 7–8 esami in tre giorni che sono

simili agli esami del Bachillerato. Quindi verrà attribuito

un punteggio complessivo fino a 10 (come il sistema

Bachillerato). Questo sarà combinato con il loro punteggio

Bachillerato per fornire il voto complessivo universitario -

exam results will account for 60% of their final

aggregate mark and their Selectivo 40% . The final

grade will define what they can study at university.

As far as the post-compulsory education concerns,

there are 5 baccalaureate lines and Vocational

Education Courses, one of medium degree (two

groups) and one of higher education (1st and 2nd

year). In the center there is also a Baccalaureate of

double degree, Spanish and French called Bachibac.

It is also one of the pilot centers in the learning and

teaching of non linguistic curricular subjects in

foreign languages: French and English, developing

the project of European Sections for twelve years and

becoming a multilingual center. It has a total of 1105

students and 113 teachers.

Per quanto riguarda l'istruzione post-obbligatoria ci sono 5

corsi di diploma di maturità e corsi di istruzione

professionale, uno di livello medio (due gruppi) e uno di

istruzione superiore (1 ° e 2 ° anno). Il centro offre la

possibilità di conseguire un diploma di maturità di doppio

grado, spagnolo e francese chiamato Bachibac. L’IES è

anche uno dei centri pilota per l'apprendimento e

Work-based learning in Spain

Our job shadowing experiences by the IES

Bendinat were very interesting since we had the

opportunity to study how they organize the work-

based learning. The vocational courses provided by

the IES are intended to provide practical training

aimed at developing skill useful to enter a

profession since most of the students will work in

tourism. The vocational courses last four years and

they offer two possibilities:

Grado Medio – this lasts two years and provides a

basic level of training, with a work placement of

440 hours a year.

Grado Superior – this lasts a further two years and

can only be started when a student is 18 years old,

with a work placement of 380 hours a year.

If a student passes their Grado Superior they obtain

access to the university system. Grado Superior is

open also to students who have passed their

Bachillerato.

The students of the Vocational Education are very

varied and their common denominator is the taste

for sports and the conservation of the natural

environment. There is a module where sport and

L’aspetto interessante della mia mobilità è stato quando

ho avuto l’opportunità di studiare come essi organizzano

l’alternanza scuola –lavoro. Gli studenti hanno la loro

prima esperienza lavorativa durante il terzo anno per tre

giorni, quando sono in quarta per quattro ed in quinta per

cinque.

Ho incontrato Victoria, una “student guidance

counsellor” che aiuta gli studenti a trovare un posto di

lavoro. Nella Atheneskola ci sono altri due insegnanti

che hanno i contatti con le imprese. Essi inviano due

volte all’anno una mail alle compagnie per chiedere se

sono interessati ad accettare studenti. Se dovessero

accettare c’è un sito web dove vengono pubblicati. Il sito

si chiama samverka.nu ed è un servizio a pagamento.

Vittoria entra nel sito e può vedere le offerte di lavoro e

quanti ragazzi ciascuna impresa accetta. In seguito

organizza una lista e gli studenti possono effettuare le

loro scelte. Gli studenti e le famiglie possono, comunque

trovare il posto di lavoro da soli

Vittoria ha poi un modulo in cui vengono riportate tutte

le informazioni e i contatti che deve essere firmato dai

genitori. Ci sono molte compagnie che accettano i

Le nostre esperienze di mobilità presso l’IES Bendinat

sono state molto interessanti poiché abbiamo avuto

l'opportunità di studiare come organizzano l’alternanza

scuola lavoro. I corsi professionali offerti dalla scuola

hanno lo scopo di fornire una formazione pratica che

faciliti l’entrata nel mondo del lavoro e si presuppone che

la maggior parte degli studenti lavorerà nel settore del

turismo. I corsi professionali durano quattro anni e

offrono due possibilità:

Grado Medio - dura due anni e fornisce un livello di

formazione base. Con un tirocinio di 440 ore annuali.

Grado Superiore - dura altri due anni e può essere avviato

solo quando uno studente ha 18 anni. Con un tirocinio di

380 ore annuali.

Se uno studente supera il Grado Superiore, può accedere

all’università. Il Grado Superiore è aperto anche agli

studenti che hanno superato il Bachillerato.

Gli studenti della formazione professionale sono molto

diversificati e il loro comune denominatore è l’interesse

per lo sport e la conservazione dell'ambiente naturale.

Esiste un modulo in cui lo sport e i disabili sono i temi

principali nei loro curricula.

The school has a contact with a paralympic

swimming champion, Xavier Torres and an

association "Handysport".

There are 49 students enrolled at the intermediate

level and 60 enrolled in the Higher Education

courses. They also have a compulsary subject on

Physical Education that all our Secondary students

have. The center also offers the Professional

Lifeguard Accreditation Certificate. The

management team of IES Bendinat is formed by the

director, Mrs Gomila, the coordinator of the Ciclo

Formativo, Mrs Jiménez, three heads of studies

assistants, Mr Suarez, Mr Ferrer and Mr Riera, the

latter head of studies of the Vocational education

courses.

The existing Vocational Training department, is

that of the Sports Physical Activities 21 and 31

cycles and is linked to the Physical Education

department mainly, and to Economics (subjects of

FOL and AGE) and English (compulsory subject in

the middle grade).The head of the professional

course is Mr Zamora, and the coordinators of the

traininships are Mr Loredo and Mr Bennassar,

under the coordination of the head of the

professional family.

They must have work based experiences on the

island and abroad with Erasmus job placements.

giovani secondo i loro regolamenti. Quando un ragazzo

ha scelto il posto di lavoro, Vittoria manda una mail due

settimana prima dell’inizio per confermare. Inoltre

durante il tirocinio lei vista si reca nei diversi posti di

lavoro per assicurarsi che tutto proceda bene.

Ho anche potuto visitare alcune imprese dove i ragazzi

effettuano la loro esperienza: un ditta che produce

biogas, una che produce energia eolica, una fattoria

biologica con ristorante e delle associazioni di

volontariato.

La scuola ha contatti con un campione di nuoto

paralimpico, Xavier Torres e un'associazione

"Handysport".

Ci sono 49 studenti iscritti a livello intermedio e 60

iscritti ai corsi di istruzione superiore. Tutti hanno una

materia obbligatoria ovvero educazione fisica con un

discreto numero di ore

Il centro offre anche il certificato di accreditamento

professionale come assistente bagnante. Il team di

gestione di IES Bendinat è formato dalla direttrice,

Margui Gomila Pons, dalla responsabile del ciclo

formativo Vicky Jiménez, tre capi assistenti di studio, gli

insegnanti Suarez, Ferrer e il Riera, quest'ultimo è capo

degli studi dei corsi di istruzione professionale.

L'attuale dipartimento di formazione professionale, è

quello delle attività sportive 21 e 31 cicli ed è collegato

principalmente al dipartimento di educazione fisica,

all'economia (materie di FOL e AGE) e inglese (materia

obbligatoria nel grado medio). Il direttore del corso

professionale è Zamora, mentre i coordinatori dei tirocini

sono gli insegnanti Loredo e Bennassar, sotto il

coordinamento del capo del corso professionale.

Gli studenti del ciclo formativo devono obbligatoriamente

fare esperienze lavorative sull'isola ma possono usufruire

di borse di studio Erasmus per un job placement al l'estero.

The results of the Job Shadowing:

In the first part of my mobility I met the Erasmus

coordinators Pep Benitez, who was also my tutor

during the job shadowing, and Vicky Jimenez, who

is the coordinator of the “Ciclo formativo”. They

explained the main characteristics of the Spanish

school system, the differences between “Eso”,

“Bachillerato” and “Ciclo Formativo”. The IES

Bendinat pupils start attending school when they

are 11 years old, when they reach the “Bachillerato”

they can choose among different branches and can

have a short working experience. The “Ciclo

formativo” students are the ones that are between

16 and 20 or more years old and they have in their

curricula, a great part of job training experiences in

Spain but they can also gain a grant to have an

Erasmus mobility in a European country. I could

visit the buildings and the school sport facilities. I

had the opportunity to join a Volleyball class with

the group AFD31B, with Miguel Angel Bennassar

that took place in the sport hall “Rudy Fernandez”

(Sant Agusti), normally used by Ciclo formativo.

I also had the meeting with Vicky Jimenez, the

teacher in charge of the organization of job

placements. She presented the great variety of

working experiences students are offered. They can

work by local companies or abroad, Sweden, Italy

and Finland. She gave me all the details on the

procedure they follow, the schedules and the forms

they normally use. In the afternoon I took part in a

class, a trekking lesson that took place in La Trapa

with the students of AFD 21 goups A and B, with

the teachers Miguel Angel Bennassar, Fernando

Rangel and Carles Guinovart.

I had the opportunity to interview some students

that had already had a job placement experience.

We talked about their experiences and they pointed

out that they had been very important for them

since, very often, after taking their diploma, these

students are usually employed by the same

companies. The school has a lot of benefits since it

is located in a touristic area and there are a lot of

job vacancies. Later on I was offered the

opportunity to observe the students during the horse

riding working experience at ES Pasien Calvià with

Carles Guinovart and Fernando Rangel.

On Saturday a sport organization “Challenge

Paguera” organized a triathlon international

competition and the school took part in it providing

a volunteering assistance by the students and

teachers of Ciclo formativo. I had the possibility to

see the different stages of the organization.

In the final part of my mobility I had a special

lesson together during which students learnt how to

Nella prima parte della mia mobilità ho incontrato i

coordinatori Erasmus Pep Benitez, che è stato anche il

mio tutor durante il job shadowing, e Vicky Jimenez,

che è coordinatrice del "Ciclo formativo". Mi hanno

spiegato le principali caratteristiche del sistema

scolastico spagnolo, le differenze tra "Eso",

"Bachillerato" e "Ciclo Formativo". Gli alunni di IES

Bendinat iniziano a frequentare la scuola all'età di 11

anni, quando raggiungono il "Bachillerato" possono

scegliere tra diverse possibilità e avere una breve

esperienza lavorativa. Gli studenti del “Ciclo formativo”

hanno un’età tra i 16 e i 20 anni o più e nei loro curricula

è prevista obbligatoriamente un’esperienza di

formazione professionale sull’isola ogni anno; possono

anche ottenere una borsa di studio per effettuare una

mobilità Erasmus in Europa. Ho visitato gli edifici e le

strutture sportive. Ho avuto l'opportunità di seguire una

lezione di pallavolo con il gruppo AFD31B, con Miguel

Angel Bennassar che si è svolta nel palazzetto dello

sport “Rudy Fernandez” (Sant Agusti), normalmente

utilizzato dal Ciclo formativo.

Ho anche avuto l'incontro con Vicky Jimenez,

l'insegnante che ha i contatti con le imprese per i

collocamenti degli studenti. Mi ha presentato la grande

varietà di esperienze lavorative offerte agli studenti.

Possono lavorare presso aziende locali o all'estero,

Svezia, Italia e Finlandia. Mi ha fornito tutti i dettagli

sulla procedura che seguono, i programmi e i moduli che

normalmente utilizzano. Nel pomeriggio ho partecipato

a una lezione di trekking a La Trapa con gli studenti di

A e B AFD 21, con gli insegnanti Miguel Angel

Bennassar, Fernando Rangel e Carles Guinovart.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di intervistare alcuni studenti che

avevano già avuto un'esperienza lavorativa. Abbiamo

parlato delle loro esperienze e hanno sottolineato

l’importanza di queste esperienze poiché, molto spesso,

dopo aver conseguito il diploma, questi studenti sono di

solito assunti dalle stesse aziende.

La scuola, ovviamente ha molti vantaggi poiché si trova

in una zona turistica e ci sono molte offerte di lavoro.

In seguito mi è stata offerta la possibilità di osservare gli

studenti durante l'esperienza lavorativa a cavallo presso

ES Pas in Calvià con Carles Guinovart e Fernando

Rangel.

Sabato è stata organizzata una competizione

internazionale di triathlon il “Challenge Paguera” e la

scuola ha preso parte fornendo assistenza volontaria da

parte degli studenti e gli insegnanti del Ciclo formativo.

Ho avuto la possibilità di vedere le diverse fasi

dell'organizzazione.

Nella parte finale della mia mobilità ho partecipato

attivamente ad una parte di una lezione speciale durante

Competences

Thanks to this experience I had the possibility to

acquire a deep knowledge of the Spanish school

system and of the “work placement activities” in

Spain, of the strategies they have to face and the

problems they have to overcome during “work

placement activities” and finally the job

opportunities for young people on the Baleari

Islands. I could get a deep knowledge of the

similarities and differences between the Spanish

organization and our school.

It has been a very interesting experience since I

was offered the opportunity to join the lessons

together with the teachers and I had possibility to

see the students while they were having their

placement experience in several companies.

I learnt a lot seeing how those students faced the

positive and negative aspects of a job experience.

There have been no negative aspects. I think that

all the teachers should live such an experience

because you can improve your competences

interviewed students and the days spent together

with Charles, Fernando, Miguel Angel, Fernando,

Fredy, Vicky, and Pep were really interesting.

This experience has reinforced the link I have

with IES Bendinat and it will help me for the

future project concerning sports and

Grazie a questa esperienza ho avuto la possibilità di

acquisire una profonda conoscenza del sistema scolastico

spagnolo e delle "attività di tirocinio" in Spagna, delle

strategie che devono affrontare e dei problemi che devono

risolvere durante le "attività job placement" e infine le

opportunità di lavoro offerte ai giovani sulle Isole Baleari.

Ho potuto approfondire la conoscenza delle somiglianze e

delle differenze tra l'organizzazione spagnola e la nostra

scuola.

È stata un'esperienza molto interessante dal momento che

mi è stata offerta l'opportunità di assistere alle lezioni con

agli insegnanti di scienze motorie e ho avuto la possibilità

di osservare gli studenti sia mentre stavano facendo la loro

esperienza lavorativa in diverse aziende.

Ho appreso molto osservando come gli studenti affrontano

gli aspetti positivi e negativi di un'esperienza lavorativa.

Non ci sono stati aspetti negative e ritengo che tutti gli

insegnanti dovrebbero vivere un'esperienza simile perché

puoi migliorare le tue competenze confrontando i due

diversi sistemi scolastici.

Ho apprezzato le interviste con gli studenti e le giornate

trascorse insieme a Charles, Fernando, Miguel Angel,

Fernando, Fredy, Vicky e Pep. Questa esperienza ha

rafforzato il legame che ho con IES Bendinat e mi aiuterà

per il futuro progetto riguardante lo sport e la disabilità

“Able and disabled: let’s play together”.

Dissemination and Impact

I have already had several seminars during which

I reported my experience to my colleagues and

they were really very involved. We think we will

use the acquired information in the organization

of the future ASL and in the P.E. lessons.

I took part in the workshops and in the seminar

organized by my school addressed to the teachers

of other schools that took place in Milan.

First of all I have to say that, from the

professional point of view, it was a great

experience and I learnt a lot and I will certainly

use what this experience gave me during my

lessons.

I also had a meeting with the Principal of the

school, Margui Gomilla Pons, and we discussed

about the international relationship our school has

with them. It was important to define the details of

our future activities that will be connected with

the new project Erasmus K2,- Able and disabled:

let’s play together- we are having. In particular

the project will be about sports for disabled and I

will be personally involved.

Furthermore I was the tutor of two students that

came with an Erasmus grant for two months, from

April to June 2019.

Dissemination and Impact

Ho partecipato ai diversi seminari organizzati all’interno

del progetto durante i quali ho riportato la mia esperienza

ai colleghi che si sono dimostrati veramente molto

coinvolti. Pensiamo di utilizzare le informazioni acquisite

nell'organizzazione delle futura ASL e nelle lezioni di

scienze motorie.

Ho partecipato ai seminari e all’evento organizzati dalla

mia scuola rivolti agli insegnanti di altre scuole che si

sono svolti a Milano. Prima di tutto devo dire che dal

punto di vista professionale, è stata una grande esperienza,

ho imparato molto e senz’altro farò buon uso durante le

mie lezioni di ciò che questa esperienza mi ha dato.

Ho anche avuto un incontro con la preside della scuola,

Margui Gomilla Pons, e abbiamo discusso delle relazioni

internazionali che la nostra scuola ha con l’IES. È stato

importante definire i dettagli delle nostre attività future

che saranno collegate al nuovo progetto Erasmus K2,-

Able and disabled: let’s play together- in corso di

svolgimento. In particolare il progetto riguarderà gli sport

per disabili e io sarò coinvolto personalmente.

Inoltre sono stato il tutor di due studenti provenienti dalla

scuola di Bendinat che hanno ricevuto una borsa di studio

Erasmus per due mesi, da aprile a giugno 2019.

At the beginning of my mobility I had a meeting

with the Erasmus coordinator Vicky Jimenez, who

is also the coordinator of the “Ciclo formativo” and

the school director Margui Gomilla Pons and I

collected information about Bendinat school and

the Spanish school system. I was given detailed

information about the Ciclo Formativo whose

students are all involved in job placements since it

is part of their curricula. They are obliged to work

both in Spain and abroad if the can get an

“Erasmus Beca” for one or two months.

In the afternoon we talked about the event that was

going to happen the day after, that was the “Open

Day of Job placements” during which all the

companies partners in job placements were going

to introduce themselves.

On the second day I had the possibility to see how

they organise the “Open Day of Job placements”. It

is a special day on which all the companies

partners in job placements introduce themselves, it

is an event that takes place every year. At the

beginning there was a “Mesa Redonda” during

which Job placements were presented in their

several aspects and some experts and some

teachers discussed about working experiences.

After lunch the students had the possibility to ask

questions to the representatives of the companies

who had prepared stands to present their

companies and I had the opportunity to interview

students and collect video and pictures to be used

for the dissemination of the results.

On the third day I had classes with the students and

in the afternoon I could see how they work since

they had to organize a Swimming competition for

students with disabilities. Some of them have

special classes by some organizations of children

with disabilities twice a month.

I interviewed students and collected video and

pictures; this material will be used for the

dissemination of the results. I also had normal

lessons together with the students of Bachillerato

and it was very interesting to see how P.E. classes

are organised.

I met the girl, Julia, that was going to have a long

term mobility in Italy for a K2 project “Rescue”.

We talked about her expectations. I also met the

tutors of Erasmus placements to analyse the critical

aspects and the problems they have to face when

students have job placements in Italy.

Finally we organized the details of the mobilities

that were going to take place in Parabiago in April,

(accommodation, working placements, insurance,

documents. I met the two students, a boy and a girl,

and we discussed about their doubts and requests.

Il primo giorno ho avuto un incontro con il coordinatore

Erasmus Vicky Jimenez, che è anche coordinatore del

"Ciclo formativo" e il direttore della scuola Margui

Gomilla Pons e ho raccolto informazioni sulla scuola di

Bendinat e sul sistema scolastico spagnolo. Mi hanno

dato informazioni dettagliate sul Ciclo Formativo i cui

studenti sono tutti coinvolti in tirocini poiché fa parte dei

loro curricula. Sono obbligati a lavorare sia in Spagna che

all'estero se possono ottenere un "Erasmus Beca" per uno

o due mesi.

Nel pomeriggio abbiamo parlato dell'evento che stava per

accadere il giorno dopo, che era l '"Open Day of Job

Placements" durante il quale si sarebbero presentati tutti i

partner delle aziende dove vengono effettuati i tirocini.

Il secondo giorno ho avuto la possibilità di vedere come

organizzano gli "Open Day of Job Placement". È un

giorno speciale in cui si sono presentate tutte le aziende

partner nei tirocini, è un evento che si svolge ogni anno.

All'inizio c'è stata una "Mesa Redonda" durante la quale

sono stati presentati i tirocini nei loro vari aspetti e alcuni

esperti e alcuni insegnanti hanno discusso sul

collocamento.

Dopo pranzo gli studenti hanno avuto la possibilità di

porre domande ai rappresentanti delle aziende che

avevano allestito stand per presentare le loro aziende e ho

avuto l'opportunità di intervistare gli studenti e

raccogliere video e immagini da utilizzare per la

diffusione dei risultati.

Il terzo giorno ho assistito a delle lezioni con gli studenti

del ciclo formativo e nel pomeriggio ho potuto vedere

come lavorano poiché hanno dovuto organizzare una gara

di nuoto per studenti con disabilità. Alcuni di loro hanno

settimanalmente lezioni speciali presso alcune

organizzazioni di bambini con disabilità.

Ho intervistato studenti e raccolto video e immagini;

questo materiale sarà utilizzato per la diffusione dei

risultati. Il quarto giorno ho tenuto lezioni normali

insieme agli studenti di Bachillerato ed è stato molto

interessante vedere come ad es. le lezioni sono

organizzate.

Ho incontrato la ragazza, Julia, che avrebbe fatto una

mobilità a lungo termine per un progetto K2 ”Rescue”.

Abbiamo parlato delle sue aspettative. Ho anche

incontrato i tutor dei tirocini Erasmus per analizzare gli

aspetti critici e i problemi che devono affrontare quando

gli studenti hanno un posto di lavoro in Italia.

Infine abbiamo organizzato i dettagli delle mobilità che

avrebbero avuto luogo a Parabiago il prossimo aprile,

ovvero alloggi, posti di lavoro, assicurazioni, documenti.

Ho incontrato i due studenti, un ragazzo e una ragazza, e

discusso dei loro dubbi e richieste.

Competences

Thanks to this experience I had the possibility to

acquire a deep knowledge of the Spanish school

system and a deep knowledge of the “work

placement activities”, of the strategies to face and

overcome problems

I had the opportunity to understand the similarities

and the differences between the Spanish

organization and our school with a particular

reference to physical education. Finally I could

study of the job opportunities for young people in

Spain, particularly on the Baleari Islands.

Obviously I improved my English and my Spanish.

I have to say that there were only positive aspects.

The school welcomed me in a friendly way and I

felt at easy with the school staff. I had the

opportunity to attend P.E. lessons and compare the

best practices of this school with our school.

This experience was very important since I had the

opportunity to see how they organize the “Open

Day of Job placements”. It is a special day on

which all the companies partners in job placements

introduced themselves, it is an event that takes

place every year.

Finally I also have to say that it was really great

from the professional point of view since I had the

opportunity to see how they teach physical

education and work in the gym and to visit

naturalistic areas and reserves.

Dissemination and Impact

A far as the dissemination concerns I could take

part in the conferences and the workshops

organized in my school and in Milan.

I will disseminate the results of my observations

during the P.E department meetings next year and

we will work together to have job placements in

sport associations and companies as they do in

Palma.

Competenze

Grazie a questa esperienza ho avuto la possibilità di

acquisire una profonda conoscenza del sistema scolastico

spagnolo e una profonda conoscenza delle "attività di

tirocinio", delle strategie per affrontare e superare i

problemi.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di comprendere le somiglianze e le

differenze tra l'organizzazione spagnola e la nostra scuola

con particolare riferimento all'educazione fisica.

Ho potuto capire quali siano le opportunità di lavoro per i

giovani in Spagna, in particolare sulle Isole Baleari.

Ovviamente ho migliorato il mio inglese e il mio

spagnolo.

Devo dire che ci sono stati solo aspetti positivi. La scuola

mi ha accolto in modo amichevole e mi sono sentita a

mio agio con il personale della scuola.

Ho avuto l'opportunità di partecipare a lezioni di scienze

motorie e confrontare le migliori pratiche di questa scuola

con la nostra scuola.

Questa esperienza è stata molto importante poiché ho

avuto l'opportunità di vedere come organizzano gli "Open

Day of Job Placement". E’ un evento che si svolge ogni

anno in cui si sono presentate tutte le aziende partner nei

tirocini si presentano

Infine, devo anche dire che è stato davvero fantastico dal

punto di vista professionale poiché ho avuto l'opportunità

di vedere come insegnano l'educazione fisica e il lavoro

in palestra e di visitare aree naturalistiche.

Dissemination and Impact

Per quanto riguarda la diffusione, ho potuto prendere

parte alle conferenze e ai seminari organizzati nella mia

scuola e a Milano. Diffonderò i risultati delle mie

osservazioni durante le riunioni del dipartimento P.E del

prossimo anno. lavoreremo con i colleghi di dipartimento

per migliorare la nostra didattica per seguire l’esempio di

Palma ed avere tirocini in associazione sportive o con

disabili.

I will report my students about this experience

making them see pictures and videos. There will be

a strong impact since I took agreements with the

director for the organization of future sport

tournaments such as “International basket” that

takes place in March and “ International volley” in

May.

Parlerò della mia esperienza ai miei alunni facendo

vedere foto e filmati. L’impatto più importante è

rappresentato dagli accordi presi con la dirigente pe

l’organizzazione di tornei sportivi futuri, quali

“International basket” che ha luogo in Marzo e “

International volley” che ha luogo in Maggio.
