selection of Food Basics combines the existing
surroundings while implementing the brand prototype
look and feel.

WINNERS/HOMESENSE URBAN
The Winners Homesense brand has continuity and
cohesiveness at all of their locations. The Urban
revitalization project was to rework the existing layouts,
features and finishes to create a new look and feel for
the urban locations and to create custom features
unique for each city.
WINE RACK
Wine Rack has stand alone stores as well as intimate locations within grocery stores.
Each location is unique to the space and the process encompasses site visits,
construction drawings, rendered storefront elevations and custom details.
SUNCOR EXTERIORS
Suncor has a number of typical stores for the Petro
Canada gas locations. From stand alone stores to
implementations of fast food chains, the exteriors
reflect the brand as well as the existing architectural
style of the area. Suncor projects typically included 2D
renderings as well as material specifications.
PRODUCTION DESIGN
NHL Winter Classic
MLB All-Star FanFest
Stanford University NCAA Rose Bowl Tailgate
NHL WINTER CLASSIC
As the lead production designer for the Winter Classic responsibilities include;
site planning, rink drawings and details, concept and design for fan experiences
as well as graphic design coordination. Planning on such a large scale enforces
teamwork and collaboration skills, creativity and attention to detail as well as time
management and organizational skills.
Detailing for the Winter Classic involves many aspects including collaboration with
the client, suppliers, engineers and construction managers, permit applications and
creative and visual design solutions.
MLB ALL-STAR FANFEST
Detailing for FanFest involves coordination between the special events at MLB, sponsors,
construction managers and implementing finishes and specifications. We begin with
conceptual design and sketches, moving along to design development adding details
and ironing out the assembly followed by design detailing to full draw, detail and pick
finishes. After the construction phases a quality control is taken place before we send
it to the event for all to enjoy.
STANFORD UNIVERSITY
BaAM’s collection of sport interactives have become a crucial part of the fan
experience. From testing your skills, to learning new ones the interactives give the
fans a taste of the game with authentic equipment and training. Designing the
interactives involves the same process of design including concept, detailing and
execution. It is important to gain an understanding of the sport and a background
of key activities in order for a strong relationship between a visually stimulating
design and authentic sport training.
ONTARIO HERITAGE TRUST
Work was completed for Ontario Heritage Trust—the
province's lead heritage agency - to manage exhibit
design, fabrication and installation at the former site
of Ontario's first Parliament buildings. The exhibit,
entitled Foundations & Fire: Early Parliament and the
War of 1812 Experience at York, opened at the
Parliament interpretive centre in February 2012. The
Foundations & Fire exhibit features large murals,
exhibit panels, museum cases, jewel cases and
artifacts dating back to the 18th century.
POINT PELEE
In collaboration with Parks Canada to develop a
new Orientation Area and
re-interpretation of the DeLaurier Homestead and
Trail. Work was completed alongside the Parks
Canada staff to undertake content development
and interpretive development focusing on new
ways to engage visitors within existing outdoor
environments and connecting them to indoor
spaces.
PAUL RESIDENCE
The revitalization of the Paul residence began with
the refresh of the kitchen. Existing custom cabinetry
was to remain and an overhaul of the fireplace,
butlers pantry and fixtures and finishes was
indented to give the space and entire refresh.
The living room is the revere side of the kitchen
fireplace and a completely new look was
designed. The intention here was to utilize the
height of the double storey ceilings as well as have
a retracting tv shelf to hide the tv when not in use.
The ceiling was also given a special treatment to
create a modern, clean focal point adjacent to
the simplistic fireplace.
SKEATES RESIDENCE
The Skeates residence encompasses
a complete main floor renovation
including removing a main wall to
open the kitchen to the dining and
living space.
Creating an oversized island with a
natural live edge raised slab
created a central focal point to the
entertaining space.
The living space was to appeal to
more of the adult living space as the
family room would be located in the
basement. This gave a nice clean
slate to incorporate natural stone on
the fireplace as well as neutral,
clean lined furniture to create a
comfortable family space.
