Please complete these forms and return them to

school before December 16th. All information is for

survey purposes only to receive replacement tax monies and will be kept confidential.

Holiday Spirit Week

Monday, December 12: “Nice List” Day– Write someone a note telling them why they should be on the nice list!

Tuesday, December 13: Jolly Sock Day– Wear your most jolly socks!

Wednesday, December 14: Santa Hat Day– Spread holiday cheer by wearing your Santa hat or any other holiday hat/headband!

Thursday, December 15: Ugly/Overly Festive Sweater Day– Show your holiday spirit with an ugly/overly festive sweater or other shirt!

Friday, December 16: Festive Pajama Day– Wear your most festive jammies!

Winter Break

Monday, December 19th thru Monday, January 2nd

Lackamas Food Drive

December 12th-December 16th

Next week we will be holding a food drive!

Our goal is to collect 500 pounds of food

to donate to the local food bank to help

those in need in our community!

In addition, the state Superintendent of Public Instruction

publishes a website with report cards on every public

school in the state. It contains general information about

school demographics, student academic performance, test

scores, and staff characteristics.
