01 Trade Overview

“With our new SWX Service, a superior dedicated service from/to North Europe to/from Caribbean & SAWC, and deploying brand new and modern ships, Hapag-Lloyd has set the cornerstones in this trade and provides to its customers a continued reliable weekly service connecting all major markets in North Europe and in the Caribbean and at the South America West Coast (SAWC) and with highly competitive transit times.

In addition we have restructured our MSW Service from the Med to the Caribbean and to SAWC by offering now a weekly fix day schedule to you with an enhanced market coverage in the Med, in the Caribbean and at the South America West Coast and being the only direct product in this trade. Our complementary product “MPS” with trans shipment at Cartagena remains unchanged.

With our three products from/to Europe to/from South America East Coast we provide our customers access to all major and connected markets of this trade with very fast transit times.

Our strengths in customer service, supported by our enlarged own organisation, our longtime experience and dedication for the sensitive commodities and special cargoes motivates all of us working in this special trade to continue providing you the service quality you have been honoring to us.”
