“I really find the program very useful to better understand the development path, social and economical realities and potential of the Caspian Basin region. Azerbaijan is an important country contributing to the stability and prosperity of the region through various energy and transport projects. In this connection, I believe Executive Education should continue to organize this program in order to let foreign diplomats have a deeper knowledge of the Azerbaijani perspective.”
