We work within warehousing, office and retail sites for the reactive response to all washroom and power needs and will cover all of your call outs and unblocking jobs for a fixed monthly cost. In addition, we can also service and maintain all of your site services as part of the package.

If you need help maintaining your premises on a regular basis, either as part of your existing maintenance team, or in place of a maintenance team, we can help. We provide maintenance engineers from as little as 1 day per month.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

As well as delivering a full suite of FM services in-house, we provide help desk services for customers who wish to retain and utilise their existing supply chain.

Many businesses have a “preferred contractor” they wish to use for specific jobs. ACI FM’s help desk can provide a dedicated phone number and job portal for your team to raise call outs, service visits and repairs through. Once a call is logged, we will send the appropriate contractor to site and manage the job from start to finish. The portal and help desk will allow each site to raise their own work requests, track individual costs and measure performance against agreed standards. Where agreed response times have been set with 3rd party contractors, we will monitor the performance and provide insight and analysis of the contract performance.

Every supplier is unique in their approach, and we understand that managing this relationship and service effectively is essential. Our supplier management team vet each supplier, check insurances, qualifications, scope of works and reporting against KPI’s for each contractor in your supply chain. This provides full visibility of your supply chain and its capabilities.
