What is new? Everything!

• Increased mobility

• Instantly generates transport documents and places pick up orders;

• Administration of dispatches directly from the app, by phone;

• Real time information and notifications about the sent dispatches;

• Easy access to information about the FAN Courier services;

• Fast placing of orders

• Fast pick-up of dispatches (through scanning of QR code and AWB printing)

• Printing of documents in advance is not necessary anymore;

• Saving uncompleted AWBs;

• Guided access through the mobility apps (ex: Google Maps) towards the address selected in the app.


What benefits does it offer?

• Introduce the authentication data existent in the www.selfawb.ro platform;

• If you don’t have an account, register with an occasional SelfAWB type account and change the data of the account directly from the app;

• Without an account in application, its functionalities are limited;

• The customers with a contract will call the Sales department for change of data.

• AWB generation is possible only by filling in the mandatory fields and abiding by the application conditions

• International dispatches, Collect Point services – Pay Point, eBOX cannot be accessed at the time from the mobile app;

• All the dispatches generated from the mobile app are of ePOD type (delivery with electronic signature on PDA);

• Introduction of street number in the Receiver Details field is mandatory, except for when the FAN Headquarters pick-up option is selected


AWB Creation

• An order registered from the mobile app includes maximum 5 AWBs with 5 envelopes or parcels;

• The pick-up order can be completed only if an AWB is associated to it (not picked up) generated from the mobile app;

• The Loco Sameday type orders contain maximum one dispatch;

• For AWBs with different types of services from Loco Sameday, a standard order can be registered;

• On the order, the number of envelopes/parcels from the selected AWBs will be automatically summed up;

• For the registration of the order it is mandatory to introduce the dimensions only if there are parcels associated to it.


Courier Order

• The QR code is generated directly from the app and is scanned by the courier;

• The courier prints from PDA only those AWBs associated to the order (maximum 5 for a standard order and 1 for Loco Sameday).


Print AWB

• Find out the status of a dispatch, date and hour of last update introducing the AWB;

• The searched AWBs are temporarily memorized to be accessed more easily.


Status AWB

• If there is a contract signed between FAN Courier and you, it is necessary to authenticate with the information received from FAN Courier;

• If not, the default fees will be applied.


Cost estimation

• Available on the map: FAN agencies, eBOX, Collect Point;
