Field Ticketing Specialist (FTS) The primary objective is to provide on-site crew support, tracking of inventory, managing wellsite

movements, and maintaining orderly and accurate records for timely invoicing.

Functions as part of the well site fracturing team ensuring product and equipment are readily

available.

The progression of the FTS is the same as an EO. He/she will have iLearn modules that have to

be completed.

The FTS is not responsible for rigging up/down, pump maintenance or running equipment.

Position is field based and the FTS will work directly with an assigned crew but will report directly

to the SM.

Way Forward

Service Mangers need to ensure their current FTS population is correctly

aligned.

Work with the FTC’s to request promotions where needed.

Continue to follow up with the UCC recruiting team with feedback of what is and

what is not working with the profiles we are hiring.

*Have SM’s identify a lead FE to cover each crew.

Work with Kerilee Hakala as the FTS subject matter expert if there are any

questions regarding training.

If a list of FTS’s is needed, contact Rock Rodriguez.
