Enclosed Doctor Blade

Enclosed Doctor Blade design allows for high-speed operations and minimal ink waste.

Printing Ink

Bell-Mark manufactures a wide range of water-based and alcohol-based inks. Standard colors and PMS colors are available, as well as dye and pigment-based formulations.

Photopolymer, Rubber and magnetic plates are available in addition to a full line of stickyback Tapes.

Controls

A variety of Drive packages including AC, DC, and Servo Drive are available providing closed loop systems eliminating direct drive connections.

Custom designed Recirculating Hot AirDrying systems.

Drying Systems

Air operated and Electric ink pumps are available including Centrifugal, Peristaltic and Diaphragm design.Automatic Viscosity Controls are optional.
