The Challenge for you - Summer 2017Programme Leader£1,540 per 14 day roleManage a team of staff and 60 young people, including all personal development and discipline. Get leadership experience by ensuring the smooth running of a very complex and demanding programme

assistant programme leaderUp to £950 per 10 day roleResponsible for pastoral care and behaviour management of 60 young people

Senior Mentor£1,530 per 18 day roleFacilitate, lead and pastorally care for a team of 12 participants, ensuring their safety and assisting their personal development through intense and varied activities

Creative PractitionerUp to £2,200 per 27 day roleFacilitate photography, media, drama, music, art or business enterprise workshops for teams of 12 young people as they complete their Team Challenge.  

Support WorkerUp to £1,500 per 18 day roleFocus on supporting one or two young people with additional requirements, ensuring all the young people in the team participate to their full potential.

Delivery Assistant Programme Manager/ Programme AdministratorOffice roles These are short term core roles working with teams in the head office to support project delivery.
