ABSTRACT
PROBLEM:Heat is major problem,generates impulsive and extensive inconveniencein mechanical system and effects its efficiency.
SOLUTION:A heat pipe is a beautiful solution for above problem.
WORKING OF HEAT PIPE: Heat pipe works on the principle of both thermalconductivity and phase transition to efficiently manage the heat transfer between
two solid interface.ADVANTAGES AND LIMITATIONS :Requires low maintenance,
Efficiency is high,Better conductors, and They must be tuned to particular coolingconditions,Vaporization of working fluid.
APPLICATIONS:Heat pipes are used in different fields of engineering.
EX:In cpus for cooling of chips,In solar heaters,In heat exchangersetc
CONCLUSION:so,using heat pipes we can reduce the above problem.

can be attained in single design. Can be concluded for various dimension's.
Only criteria is the working temperature .

They must be tuned to particular coolingconditions.
Vaporization of working fluid.
Below certain temperature phase change doesnot happen.
Most manufacture cannot make a traditionalheat pipe of less than 3 mm diameter(due to material limitations).

For Die-Casting Dies: Heat Pipes havingtemperature range from +5 deg. C to + 350 deg. C.
The main applicationof these types of Heat Pipes are in Die-Casting,Spiral Screws in plastic moulding.
It is advisable to order the Heat Pipes suitable tothe applications temperature range. If the HeatPipe gets heated above its operating temperature,it releases a small amount of non-toxic gas andbecomes inoperative.Material of construction: Copper / StainlessSteel
