‘Education- an enlightenment of mind’ dwells in an atmosphere of

good environment and prosperous thinking. M.K.E.S College of Law

has been striving for excellence in the field of legal education.

The M.K.E.S College of Law has been established with the

purpose of providing to local people desirous of pursuing Law as an

avenue and easy access to legal language.

At M.K.E.S the college will provide qualitative legal education

particularly to the residents of Mumbai Sub-Urban, Thane and its

vicinity.

The college of this pattern is certainly an ideal institution for the

students to motivate the students and enable them to become morally

upright and responsible citizens.

ABOUT VIDHIGYAAN

‘VIDHIGYAAN’ is an inter-collegiate cultural youth

festival organized by the students of M.K.E.S College of Law.

‘VIDHIGYAAN’ provides an ideal platform for the students of

Mumbai to showcase their talents.

It provides an opportunity for students to come together,

interact, and show their talents and to get motivated with the

experience gained through Participation & Competition. It

endeavours to bring together the creativity, intellect and

wackiness of youth.

It provides an opportunity to each and every student of

different college to display their talent and nurture it further. The

events organized are unique, fun enduring & treasure able.

We strongly believe that there is a bit of Art in every heart &

‘VIDHIGYAAN’ helps to unleash it. We are extremely

optimistic that this year’s ‘VIDHIGYAAN’ will be a big success

& attract great participation. ‘VIDHIGYAAN’ shall create

history with great success and blossom not only qualitatively but

also quantitatively.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All payments should be made in favorof ‘VIDHIGYAANMKES’.

• Title, associate and co-sponsor shall pay 75% advance payment and

the balance should be settled TWO weeks prior to the festival. Else

the contract stands cancelled and the organizers are not liable to

refund the advance paid.

• Bookings for the event sponsor, stalls & other media space within the

college premise should be made with 100% advance payment.

• All kind of sponsorships and products to be distributed as freebies

will be collected by the organizers ONE week prior to the festival

• The exhibitors will be allowed to display their products/ services from

9.30 am to 5.00pm on the event days.

• The organizers are not responsible for the loss due to theft, damage or

misuse of stalls, standees and banners of the sponsors.

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel/suspend the event(s) in

whole or in part. Under such circumstances, the amount will be

refunded to the event sponsor associated with that particular event(s).

• Under no circumstances will the money be refunded by the organizer

in case of cancellations on part of the Exhibitor/Sponsor.

• Canopies, Stalls, Standees and banners to be brought by sponsor

themselves and should be provided a week prior to the festival.

• End moment changes in rules and regulations can be made by the

organizers without prior notice.
