1.Main IdeaThe main idea for our business is that we will be able to recycle book covers. Not many people know how to do it , and not many people try.Old cover are refurbished and designed to give your book a nicer touch.
Approach
Students always have a problem withfinding the right diary .So we will takeany old one and turn it into a cool new one.All students are potential customersand the price of designing your diary is from 10 euros till 25 euros. Depending on the customers demands.

2.Target Audience• Firstly we will start with students at our school.• After some time we can move onto other schools and maybe even
people from out neighbourhood

3.Location• Our location is positioned in a garden house by me• We recognised the benefits that we haven‘t to pay rent and a perfect
workplace
Sales• First we will start a poll in school to give us a general overview about the
demand• Depending on the results of the voting, we will decide to implement it• (In the case of a positive result, we would like to develop our project by
use of advertising in local journeys)

Cost analysis• Start-up costs: ca. 150€ to buy materials• Variable cost: between 10-25€ depending on quality and proberties,
