Artfully

Known for an ‘artful’ approach to

architecture, Is land Architects – a boutique

design f i rm in the heart of downtown La Jol la

– has for near ly 20 years [with roots extending to

the ear ly 80s in the U.S. Vi rgin Is lands] advocated

good design – not only for i ts embrace of the

surrounding natural environment, but for the

inspirat ion afforded by the human exper ience of

dai ly l iv ing. As a s ingle disciple f i rm focusing on

s ingle-fami ly homes and custom estates, partners

Drexel Patterson and Tony Cr isaf i expose t imeless

design in terms of ‘quiet luxury’ and balance;

seeking always a strong relat ionship between the

design’s composit ion and overal l spatial f low.

According to Patterson, a 25-year industry

veteran with profess ional associat ion in the

American Inst i tute of Architects (AIA) s ince

1989 as wel l as the San Diego Histor ical Society

s ince 2000, design is about pass ion – dr iven by

inspirat ion f rom var ied form. And with a fami ly

t ree of portrait painters, craftsmen and art isans,

creativ i ty and an aff in i ty for al l th ings art was

manifested s ince ear ly chi ldhood.

“I was very visual ly or iented as a chi ld,” notes

Patterson. “From an ear ly age I was conscious

of taking the world in, most intensely through

[my] eyes. Raised in Delaware, I [was intent]

on soaking up my surroundings, beauti ful

homes, the architecture and inter iors . My

parents refused to send me to art school. [But]

i t was my f i rst discovery of ‘Le Corbusier’ in

high school,” a Swiss architect, designer and

writer f rom the ear ly twentieth century famed

as a pioneer of “Modern Architecture” or

s imply the “International Sty le,” that inspired

a career in architecture.

From his studies in Rome and apprent iceship

with the King of Nepal’s architect, to his

portfol io beginnings on St. Thomas and St.

John, Patterson’s exper ience is t ru ly al l -

encompassing. In a recent interview with

F ine Magazine, Drex candidly discusses his

approach to design and overal l phi losophies

on sty le – an art form emitt ing both qual i ty,

and l i fe.

FINE Magazine: Who are your favor i te art ists/designers/architects you admire the most?

Drex: Favor i te art ists : Matisse (who could

take a dul l color such as grey, and translate

i t into something viv id and beauti ful) ,

Mi l ton Avery, Sargent watercolors & many

more. Designers: John Saladino. Architects:

Borromini , because he gave express ion to

both the straight l ine and the curve in the

most var ied and seductive ways; Pal ladio,

whose s impl icity and var iety of space and

mass is st i l l f resh after 600 years.

FINE Magazine: What is your design phi losophy?

Drex: Design of personal space is essent ial ly

about f low, scale, proport ion, enclosure/

openness, l ight, balance, var iety, surpr ise

and spatial relat ionships which al low for

our natural human qual i t ies (which act

in opposing ways) to express themselves

optimal ly. What does this mean? A space

which al lows you to rest and restore your

Page 21: FINE magazine Vol5 Iss4

FINE sd . c o m L IFESTYLE | LUXURY | L IV ING 21

energy when spent, where you can f ind a

sense of calm and renewal and one in which

your energy is sustained and inspired at the

same t ime. Balance is the key element in

organiz ing the spatial exper ience.

FINE Magazine: What is your favor i tedesign sty le?

Drex: Understated and s l ight ly ambiguous

when evoking a tradit ional sty le ( leave

something for the imagination). Both

tradit ional and contemporary sty les have

class ic t imeless elements to them. Aim for

that.

FINE Magazine: When designing homes, what detai ls do you look for? What stands out the most? What’s the most important to you?

Drex: The sequence of events exper ienced

as one f lows through a home; s impl icity of

space with attent ion to detai l ; cont inuity;

surpr ise of the unexpected without being

contr ived; subt lety; detai ls which won’t wear

out in t ime or with shi ft ing trends; and, most

important ly, not pul l ing out al l the stops r ight

at the front door.

FINE Magazine: What has been your favor i te project to-date?

Drex: Our homes are l ike chi ldren, they come

from the same family, yet they are al l indiv id-

uals with dif ferent character ist ics. And, we

never play favor i tes with our chi ldren.

FINE Magazine: How do you achieve seamless f low in a space (both for outdoors and inter iors)?

Drex: Scale is perceived dif ferent ly indoors

f rom outdoors; outdoor scale is a lot bigger

than indoor scale. The quest ion is how does

one fuzz the l ine between the indoors and

outdoors for that seamless effect? Windows

and doors can have a lot to do with this , and

remember you start gett ing a feel for how

wel l th is i s done from further away (towards

the entry of the room versus up against the

Page 22: FINE magazine Vol5 Iss4

22 L IFESTYLE | LUXURY | L IV ING FINE sd . c o m

outdoor wal l) . We use metal windows a lot,

especial ly for v iew windows. The break-ups

are thin and al low the eye to see far past

them without inter fer ing with the view,

especial ly f rom across the room. S ingle l i te

French doors stacked up one after the other

absolutely destroy a beauti ful v iew. When

a window wal l opens up very wide, with bi-

folding or pocketing doors, something needs

to extend outs ide, l ike a roof overhang to

ease the transit ion f rom indoors to outs ide,

otherwise the transit ion can be too abrupt.

Seamless f low has a lot more to do than just

with indoor/outdoor f low. One f lows f rom the

street to the front door and from the foyer to

a receiving room before f inding their way to

the outdoors and the view beyond. F low has

to do with the subtle changes that happen

between al l these spaces. I say, look for

var iety without being jarr ing. Al low spaces

to contract and expand with their di f ferent

functions and s izes. Break up endless ly long

hal lways with intermediate spaces, or use

a sequence of rooms to traverse through

versus a bor ing hal l . Hal ls aren’t necessar i ly

to be avoided, but think about what you wi l l

focus on at the end of i t , and hopeful ly i t

i sn’t a door.

FINE Magazine: What is your inspirat ion for

a project?

Drex: Three things: The cl ient’s dream/vis ion;

the s i te i tsel f , consider ing al l i ts parameters

and potent ial ; [as wel l as] our own creative

vis ion and abi l i ty to art iculate that of the

owners.

FINE Magazine: Between you, Tony and

your team, how do you col laborate on your

projects?

Drex: We have a partner’s table. [And]

i t ’s quite unique. [Tony and I] have our

dif ferences, [but] we’ve learned that

there are an inf in i te number of opt ions [ in

design]; keeping an open mind helps lead

us to [the best one]. We don’t take ourselves

too ser ious ly, [nor] do we get marr ied to an

idea too fast. We can look at each other’s

handiwork, seeing both the f laws and the

Page 23: FINE magazine Vol5 Iss4

FINE sd . c o m L IFESTYLE | LUXURY | L IV ING 23

per fect ion – we can play with the design, [taking

from it] the best qual i t ies [posed. Overal l ] , our

work has improved through this very process.

FINE Magazine: Can you descr ibe your involvement with local community planning groups?

Drex: Highly involved. Tony has sat on

community planning boards for a decade and

our f i rm phi losophy is to be involved in the

community. Architecture gives physical shape

to a community, one bui lding at a t ime – as

architecture is a def ining tenant of civ i l i zat ion

i tsel f (maybe that’s where al l the ego comes

f rom). Our work is s ingle fami ly res ident ial , yet

we engage ful ly with community, neighbors,

and governing author i t ies, with the att i tude that

we can help them attain successful solut ions

to discret ionary issues by present ing mult iple

options. We [also] encourage involvement

among our staff, personally and professionally. u

Known as the ‘grand dame’ of San Diego,

As you travel north a stop at The Prado at

Lamborghini i s not for everyone; the Bul l

must t ru ly understand why this f ine motorcar is

a l iv ing legend. Lamborghini i s the k ind of car

dr iver’s seat and shift ing the f i rst gear. What

sets the Lamborghini apart and makes i t such

a highly sought after vehicle for col lectors and

dr ivers i s sty le, per formance and elegance.

Ferruccio Lamborghini founded the I tal ian

company in 1963 with the intent ion of producing

a ref ined grand tour ing motorcar. A successful

manufactur ing magnate, Lamborghini was

motivated to create the per fect model that he

felt no one could bui ld for him. He bel ieved

that a grand tour ing car should have the

features and appointments he could not

f ind in other high per formance Ital ian and

European brands. He wanted to bui ld a high

per formance car without compromis ing power,

per formance, r ide qual i ty and inter ior design.

In 1966, Lamborghini gained wide acclaim for

the Miura sports coupe. Miura establ ished the

mid-engine design as the standard layout for

high-per formance cars at that t ime.

A Lamborghini i s not for the t imid dr iver. I f the

goal i s to s imply get f rom point A to point B,

buy a mid-s ize sedan. This i s a t rue peddle-to-

the-metal dr iv ing exper ience; one that el ic its

pr ivate instruct ion for 100 mph-plus dr iv ing

on a closed course – result ing in an ever-

present appreciat ion for why a Lamborghini i s

a col lectable, not a purchase. S ince 1966, the

fol lowing top f ive models cont inue to reign in

any discuss ion involving luxury sports cars.

MUIRAAs the epitome of mid-engine high per formance

cars, the Muria was only produced for a per iod

of s ix years; only 475 of these models were ever

made. I t holds a top speed of 180 mph, with

a 12 cyl inder engine. Two addit ional vers ions,

the S 140 and the SV 150, were crafted as

power ful , s leek grand tour ing motorcars meant

for long distant dr iv ing.

ESPADAEspada, meaning a type of bul l f ight ing sword

in Spanish, was brought to l i fe between 1968

and 1978; i t was said that Ferruccio Lamborghini

was fascinated with bul ls and bul l f ight ing. With

a top speed of around 152 mph, dr ivers are

afforded speed and per formance, as wel l as

the pr iv i lege of owning a Lamborghini . There

were three dif ferent ser ies: the S1 (1968-1970),

S2 (1970-1972) and S3 (1972-1978).

COUNTACHProbably the best known of al l Lamborghini

models, the Countach, another mid-engine

sports car, cont inues to dazzle anyone who

happens to see one; more than 2,000 were

produced from 1974-1990. Over the years, i t has

been cal led the ‘sexiest’ and ‘top’ motorcar

s ince i ts debut. The wedge-shaped design

and angled look establ ished Lamborghini as

a class ic forever. And whi le the design has

been repl icated on several luxury motorcars

current ly on the market, there remains only

one Countach “even i f imitat ion is the highest

form of f latery.”

The s ignature wing doors and body sty le are

the most recognizable automobi le designs

ever. With a top speed of 190 mph, this i s not a

‘go get your nai ls done’ k ind of car. Countach

engineer ing demands to be seen on a track,

dr iv ing at high speeds; otherwise, the very

reason for i ts existence is compromised. The

Countach deserves the l icense plate f rame

that reads ‘He who dr ives the fastest car wins.’

DIABLOThe Diablo is the f i rst Lamborghini to reach

not a s imple car to get in and show off ; once in,

s imply let the engine take over and impress –

the very reason to own a Lamborghini . This h igh

per formance mid-engine sports car replaced

the Countach. There are several vers ions of the

Diablo and s imi lar to the Esapada, Ferruccio

Lamborghini named this model after an

associat ion with bul l f ight ing.

Receiving notable accolades f rom a

number of publ icat ions each year,

along with the overwhelming support of

cl ientele near and far, Adelaide’s – a European-

sty le boutique extending dai ly f loral designs,

home and garden décor – celebrates 75 years

of f loral t radit ion and tenacity, stemming

from an ever-present entrepreneur ial spi r i t .

Del ight ing the senses with an orchestrated

affai r of f resh stems and bouquets along

the br ick- laiden storefront, Debbie Newel l ,

Adelaide’s newest owner of f ive months, hopes

to br ing new energy and forward motion to the

brand, without changing the very essence of

i ts existence.

From peonies in May and l i lacs f rom Ju l ian, to a vast array of grace

and charm in bloom each season, Adelaide’s in La Jol la has s ince 1936

establ i shed a tradi t ion of pass ion and community ; ensuing not only

bount i fu l des igns inspired by Mother Nature, but has – in the process –

cul t ivated a bus iness wi th heart . The iconic bout ique – s tepped along the

his tor ic pathways of Girard – i s now under new ownership, bear ing wi tness

to the legacy and l iv ing testament of Adelaide and the Phi l l ips fami ly.

According to

Adelaide

N

Page 49: FINE magazine Vol5 Iss4

“Adelaide’s i s about the exper ience of being

here,” notes Newel l , who holds a background

in design, taking the unexpected opportunity

with the shop as an out let for her craft . “We

are [foremost] a fami ly. And that is the success

of Adelaide’s. We attr ibute this to the Phi l l ips’ ,

[s imply] honor ing their legacy. We have

several cl ients who have been coming here

for 30+ years. The tradit ion is our business – i t ’s

the heart of what we do, and keeps us moving

forward.”

Newel l and her brother invested in the f loral

bout ique last November, taking on the thi rd

generat ion, fami ly-owned business f rom Gina

Phi l l ips, Adelaide’s granddaughter; a venture

that once began with an operat ing budget of

$6 and a road-s ide stand along Highway 101

in Encinitas.

Known for exceptional qual i ty and service,

Adelaide’s cont inues to support a host of

community char itable organizat ions and

fundrais ing events; f rom the La Jol la Histor ical

Society’s Secret Garden Tour in May and Del

Mar Racing in July, to annual exhibits for the

County Fair, San Diego Museum of Art and the

Music Society. “ I t’s personal to be a part of the

community,” states Newel l . “ I t goes beyond

the exposure [of the business], and involves

[the act] of giv ing back; [not to mention] being

a part of what our cl ients are so pass ionately

involved with.”

On average, the boutique carr ies 50 f loral

var ietals (each in varying color), with hol iday

events and celebrat ions tout ing 75-plus.

Casablanca’s and al l white arrangements are

requested most, for a palate displaying a clean

and elegant design. And according to a shop

designer, the boutique’s practicing phi losophy

involves everything from the garden in their

designs, including fruits , vegetables and

greens. Apples, grapes and pineapples are

displayed for December, with potatoes in the

fal l , and even the dai ly use of kale for added

dimension and interest. And whi le Valent ine’s

and Mother’s Day are considerably the two

busiest seasons for the designers, Adelaide’s

holds great pr ide in celebrat ing dai ly l i fe

moments with i ts cl ientele, serving weddings

and anniversar ies, int imate dinners for two, as

wel l as a welcoming arrangement in the foyer.

According to Newel l , “Business i s so much more

than the bottom l ine. I t ’s about our cl ients,

the people who work here, and creating an

enjoyable exper ience for everyone. We are

[s imply] a business with heart.”uAdelaide’s Flowers

short of breathtaking, consisting of 9259 feet of living space and 2250 feet of garage. Included are: 7 bedrooms (2 of which are in a separate

self contained guest casita), 8 baths, 5 separate outdoor stone covered living areas, beautiful vanishing edge swimming pool and 2 spas,

PAMPLEMOUSSE GR ILLE SOLANA BEACH, CA

Chef/Owner Jeffrey Strauss has a flair for presentation and an unquestionable

talent for taste that has delighted the palates of the world’s most powerful busi-

ness brokers, socialites, United States Presidents and both American and foreign

dignitaries. He has turned from the world of “Chef to the Stars” to creating food

that’s more personal, and serving his family and friends.

Throughout his nine years at Glorious Food (1985-1993), Strauss took leaves of ab-

sence to concentrate on higher learning in some of Europe’s finest Michelin-rated

restaurants. Upon his return, armed with big and fresh ideas, Jeffrey applied many

of the newly acquired creative techniques by teaching the staff at Glorious Food

what he had learned. The culture of sharing knowledge and inspiration at Glorious

Food is one of the reasons that the highly regarded catering company has main-

tained a competitive advantage for such a long period of time.

Strauss’ eclectic inspirations for Pamplemousse Grille are drawn from the New

Jersey farm of his grandparents, where he visited frequently as a child. He brought

these inspirations to the prime Solana Beach location of the restaurant, just mo-

ments from the Pacific Ocean, across the street from the Del Mar Racetrack and

down the road from acclaimed produce farms, nature preserves and polo grounds.

When he opened Pamplemousse Grille in 1996, Strauss made a personal state-

ment with the casual yet elegant atmosphere, and inspired yet straightforward

food that delights all the senses. His menu at Pamplemousse Grille melds his many

creations and inspirations from his tenure as Executive Sous Chef and Executive

Chef at Glorious Food, and his many travels to Europe.

In 2008 Jeffrey was honored to accept the 2008 ‘Nice Guy of the Year’ award

from the very generous San Diego charitable foundation known as the ‘Nice Guys’.

This organization’s focus is to empower struggling local families. This honor has

been one of his more meaningful achievements due to its profound effect on the

community he calls home.

Since its debut, Pamplemousse Grille has received many local and national

awards including: “Best Restaurant, People’s Choice” San Diego Home & Gardens,

“Best New Restaurant” “Best Caterer” and “San Diego’s Best Chef” San Diego

Magazine, Zagat Rated #1 Restaurant in San Diego for three consecutive years.

The Powerof a Wish

by Jeanne Ferris

Photography courtesy of Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego

It al l started with a s imple wish: the heart of a

seven-year-old boy with leukemia dreaming

of one day becoming a pol ice off icer, and

his name was Chr istopher. With his health

deter iorat ing, a fami ly f r iend and custom’s

off icer arranged for Chr is to spend a day with

the team, complete with a hel icopter r ide, a

custom-tai lored uniform and the opportunity

to earn his wings after pass ing the motorcycle

prof iciency test on his battery-operated

motorcycle. Chr is was also sworn in as the

f i rst honorary DPS patrolman in Ar izona state

history. Chr is lost his batt le that same week.

A l i fe-threatening medical condit ion for

anyone is heartbreaking, especial ly in regard

to chi ldren. As in the case of Chr istopher, a

granted wish provides a joyful exper ience of

l i fe-aff i rming enr ichment and a respite f rom

doctor v is i ts and medical t reatments for wish

k ids and their fami l ies. Ranging from two-and-

a-half years of age to 18, chi ldren have the

opportunity to be, meet, go or have whatever

they may wish.

“One young man named Darren wished to

give new uniforms to his high school footbal l

team last year,” shared Chr is S ichel, CEO of

Make-A-Wish San Diego. “Disney vacations and

celebr i ty wishes tend to be the most popular.

[ In the end], i t ’s al l about helping k ids ident i fy

their one true wish and working our ‘magic’ to

make i t happen.”

One of 64 chapters wor ldwide, the San Diego

CH

AR

ITY

On a mission to simply enrich the human experience

with hope, strength and joy, the Make-A-Wish

Foundation has since 1980 granted wishes for children

with life threatening medical conditions. With 64

chapters worldwide, the nonprofit has granted more

than 200,000 wishes over the past 30 years – an

average of one wish every 40 minutes.

n Amazing Race For Children’s Wishes

Date: May 1

Location: Coronado Yacht Club

Collectively hosted by the Coronado,

Coronado Cays and Navy Yacht Clubs, the

3rd annual “Amazing Race for Children’s

Wishes” extends a day of adventure

modeled after the show, “Amazing Race.”

With a variety of team challenges fol-

lowed by a great party, the event raised

more than $50,000 in 2010.

Web: make3wishes.org

UPCOMING EVENTSchapter was founded in 1983 by Jamie Tucker, and has

held a devoted volunteer outreach in al l capacit ies

for over a decade; the chapter has granted more

than 2,700 wishes to date, and expects to grant an

est imated 195 wishes this year alone. I t i s one of a smal l

cluster of San Diego non-prof i ts who have earned the

designation “Accredited Charity” by the Better Bus iness

Bureau/Wish Giving Al l iance. And according to S ichel,

“This means we have demonstrated our abi l i ty to meet

their 20 r igorous standards of governance, f inancial

accountabi l i ty, and effect iveness. We are very proud

to be in an el i te class of non-prof i t organizat ions.”

As of March 2010, the average cost of a wish is $7,205;

for every dol lar donated, 75 percent goes towards wish

grant ing – which exceeds program service al location

standards set forth by leading char ity watchdog groups.

Despite economic chal lenges, maintaining the qual i ty

of wishes granted is not negotiable and donor support

i s needed more than ever.

“Wishes can have a profound impact on the ent i re

fami ly, because i t i s not just a wish for that chi ld, i t ’s

something that his or her fami ly can be part of as wel l .

And, we also see a r ipple effect that wishes can have

on the community, f rom the l imo dr iver who takes that

k id to the airport, the clerk that helps a chi ld on a

shopping spree wish, the volunteers who work hands-on

with the organizat ion, and the donors who make i t al l

poss ible,” said S ichel. “Even the person s i t t ing at home

reading this story might be inspired to give back, or be

reminded of what’s real ly important in l i fe. This i s what

we refer to as the ‘power of a wish’.” u

TSSpring Splash - March 9

Benefiting Casa de Amparo, a San Diego

nonprofit dedicated to the treatment and

prevention of child abuse and neglect since

1978, Spring Splash 2011 brought together

an estimated 300 real estate agents and

brokers celebrating spring in San Diego.

Sponsored by Fine Magazine, Guaranteed

Rate, Corky’s and PAR Escrow, the March

event – held at the Del Mar Hilton – featured

a live performance by Metro, a frequent

headliner at the Belly Up Tavern, along

with a silent auction that included a cruise

for two to Hawaii, vintage golf clubs and

premier tickets to Opening Day at the

Del Mar Racetracks. The evening raised

$25,000 for the charity.

Scott White Contemporary Art Showcases ‘Changes’ by Tim Bavington

As the first solo exhibition for Las Vegas-

based painter Tim Bavington, ‘Changes’ is a

collection of 13 paintings and prints – reflect-

ing the artist’s diversity of musical inspiration

and unbridled use of color. Drawing inspiration

from rock music, Bavington’s paintings give

notes and chords visual life through vibrant

colors and meticulous lines. This work departs

from the tradition of color field painting, most

notably Gene Davis, through intent and his

application of synthetic polymer to canvas

with an airbrush. The complexity of Baving-

ton’s new body of work shows by creating

compositions that are rhythmic but still taught

with tension. The exhibition at the Scott White

studio runs through May 7th.

is forCardio

by Jason R. Karp, Ph.D.

I t can be said that t ime is a valued commodity.

Even so, keeping up with regular cardio

workouts i s a must for any f i tness regimen –

especial ly when i t comes to weight loss. And

despite how much t ime one sacr i f ices for a

workout, sk ipping cardio-specif ic exercises

can actual ly lower the qual i ty and intensity of

a workout. In order of intensity, below are the

most effect ive cardio workouts for improving

cardiovascular f i tness and burning fat.

Long, Slow Distance (LSD) WorkoutsLow-intensity workouts last ing at least 60

minutes in length cause many adaptat ions

that increase aerobic f i tness and burns fat;

these include: an increase in the number of

red blood cel ls and hemoglobin, a greater

capi l lary network for a more rapid dif fus ion of

oxygen into the muscles, and an increase in

the amount of mitochondria in the muscle –

al l of which change the metabol ic prof i le of

one’s muscles, turning them into better fat

burning machines. LSD workouts can ut i l i ze

any cardio-targeted equipment, ranging from

a treadmil l and bike, to the el l ipt ical or rowing

machines; the more muscles involved and the

more weight-bearing the exercise, the more

calor ies burned.

Lactate Threshold Workouts (LT)

The lactate threshold represents one’s highest

sustainable exercise intensity, and demarcates

the transit ion between exercise that generates

purely aerobic energy versus a combination

of aerobic and anaerobic metabol ic energy

output. LT workouts raise the lactate threshold

to a higher percentage of the maximum heart

rate, increasing aerobic f i tness. These workouts

are also great fat burners as they cause the

highest rate of fat use.

The lactate threshold is approximately

80 percent maximum heart rate for unf i t

people and about 85 percent max for those

aerobical ly f i t ; subject ively, the workout should

feel comfortably hard. I t i s recommended

to engage in continuous workouts for 15 to

20 minutes at lactate threshold intensity or

employ f ive minute segments with one minute

recovery intervals.

Interval WorkoutsInterval workouts alternate high-intensity

work periods with low-intensity recovery

intervals. Aerobic interval workouts target

the cardiovascular system by increasing one’s

maximum stroke volume (volume of blood the

heart pumps with each beat) and cardiac output

(volume of blood the heart pumps each minute),

along with increasing muscle power by recruiting

fast-twitch muscle fibers – thus sculpting the body;

the more intense the workout, the greater and

longer the post-workout elevation in metabolism,

which burns more calories the rest of the day.

For cardiovascular intervals, exercise for three to

five minutes at 95 to 100 percent max heart rate

with recovery intervals equal to or slightly-less-

than the time of the work periods. For anaerobic

intervals, exercise at slightly-less-than an all-out

sprint for 20 seconds to one minute with recovery

intervals two to three times as long as the time of

the work periods.

For personal t raining sess ions, contact Dr.

Karp at [email protected]. u
