Sponsorship Company or individual agrees to pay the Sponsorship Contributioncompletely within 30 days from the date of invoice (sent via email).

The term of this Agreement shall commence on receipt of completed payment and shallcontinue for a period of one year thereafter (“Term”).

All recognition of sponsorship is solely the responsibility of FLAEYC. Any additionalsignage or display by the sponsoring company is prohibited unless approved by FLAEYCin advance.

FLAEYC’s recognition of sponsors in no way constitutes FLAEYC’s endorsement of thesponsor’s products, services, or facilities.

FLAEYC reserves the right to terminate its obligations under this Agreement, upon noticeto the Sponsor, in the event the Sponsor is, or any of its officers or directors are, thesubject of, or involved in bankruptcy, court action or some other type of scandal, event oroccurrence which results in adverse publicity within the industry or generalpublic which,in the reasonable and good faith opinion of FLAEYC, could disparage or impair thereputation and integrity of FLAEYC if the Sponsorship was not terminated.

If FLAEYC terminates its obligations under this Agreement pursuant to the precedingparagraph of this Agreement, the Sponsor remains obligated to make payments in full toFLAEYC under this Agreement, and FLAEYC is under no obligation to return anypayments already made by the Sponsor to FLAEYC pursuant to this Agreement.
