"Flavors by the Dozen" is a cycle where gourmet tidbits are the theme for the second Fridays of each month. The aim is, in addition to defending the right to the pleasure of eating well and with time to appreciate it, to defend the culinary heritage, the traditions and cultures that make this pleasure possible.
